that is because is loading new areas, the game has no loading screens but to compensate that load areas in real time like when you open a door in re2. But if your hardware is not powerfull makes this massive fps drop ,i remember having this problem in my pc before i got the new videocard.
@@sariabirkin7068 Yeah, you need both a strong CPU and GPU for RE: Engine games or it will end up hitting you in your face with area load stutter. RE3 Remake seems to have this totally gone if you have a good rig, RE2 Remake presented it a bit more, but if you had something like an i7, it was minimal. Also, VRAM plays an important factor too.

They really should lower xbox one x's native resolution for RE3 remake, so they can lock it at a steady 60 fps. The one x is more powerful than the ps4 pro, but this resolution jump is just too much for a reliable fps.

They HAVE to fix the frame rate on one x. RE2 was like butter smooth 60 with very little drop. The low frame rate is literally the first thing I noticed when playing this demo. Completely changed the feel of the game for me

I bought my PC 3 years ago my Default specs are GTX 1060(6GB VRAM),I7- 6700k (4 GHz) and 32 GB Ram and I am really fine with Full HD not that 4K. Buying Graphics cards high ends are expensive.
Glad I got a PS4 Pro recently (For FF7 Remake lol) and not an XB1X. Seems like they made the weird choice to sacrifice frame rate for a very slight increase in resolution. When you're talking about a difference of 0-200p, I don't see that as being worth consistent & significant decrease in performance. PS4 Pro's frame rate, although not without some hiccups, seemed to consistently be 50-60fps, whereas XB1X seemed to average around 45 or so.
For everyone who thinks X or Pro are a waste of money: It depends on your TV in the end. Of course some games will have a better FPS on Pro and X because, well developers are lazy those days. That being said, I've seen some pretty good reasons why a Pro or X would look better in a 4K or even 1080p TV, just because it looks sharper than the original consoles. Actually I'm a bit surprised that the comparisons those days from the Pro to PS4 and X to One are looking JUST like the original PS4 to PS3. Jill's model is blurry on the PS4 original while she's looking sharper on Pro. Just like how games used to look from PS3 to 4. XD I think I'm stuck into a loophole of time here.
When I filtered my game library to only Xbox one Enhanced games the demo is not in the list. But when I change it to just Xbox games the demo is in the list. This suggests that the demo is not Xbox one Enhanced which explains it poor performance. But the full game on Microsoft store says it has Xbox One Enhanced which has better performance.

en xbox one x le pasa como muchos otros juegos, al mover 4k nativo el framerate es mas inestable por que le exige mas carga, y en ps4 pro al no mover los juegos nativos si no por reescalado es mas estable, esto ya se ha visto en muchos juegos. Basicamente es calidad grafica o rendimiento.
Eso me preguntaba yo, por que al ser mas potente X que Pro tenia un framerate mas inestable, y llevas razon. Pero yo personalmente prefiero perder un pelin de resolucion y tener un framerate solido como una piedra, a fin de cuentas tus ojos se acostumbran facil a esas altas resoluciones y acabas por no notar la diferencia, de hecho cuesta ver la diferencia, la inestabilidad en los fps molesta mucho. A mi me marea cuando un juego no para de tener picos en la tasa de refresco como la One, aunque la X los mantiene bastante estables dentro de lo que cabe a 50.
Optimización mijo, el COD Modern Warfare Reboot corre pésimo en la Xbox One X y no está a 4k y en la PS4 PRo que está a 1440p corre bien fluido. Este es un juego Japonés, en Japón la PS4 es más famosa, juegos como Dark Souls 3 recibieron parche en PS4 pro pero no en la X, DMC5 tiene peor rendimiento en Xbox One X que en PS4 Pro porque la misma razón. La Xbox One X es un 50% más potente que la PS4 Pro en absolutamente todo, aunque el CPU, que si bien es más potente, es tan solo un 30%, no debería tener ningún problema, o muy pocos problemas, al mover un juego así a 1800p

Pero esto evidentemente depende al final del desarrollador pero en este caso no lo veo tan mal aun que sea el juego algo inestable, es posible que no se perciba las bajadas de fps. La resolucion es algo que si qye creo que no se debe casi ni apreciar, si hay algo mejor en la xbox one x deben ser detalles en la mayoria de los juegos y para darte cuenta habria que comparar para verlo
marcus moore framerate is locked or very close to 60fps when you play. Cinematics are also 60fps but with some micro drops. Resolution is probably around 1620p or 1800p now . Very good patch, enjoy !
Tenía la one x con una tele full hd y ya se veía la mejora respecto de las otras. Después me compré la TV Hisense Uled 4K y ya era otra cosa, mejoró 4 veces más. A lo que voy es que no fue un desperdicio para nada y si no fíjate reseñas que aprecian lo mismo que veo yo todos los días.

Well I sure hope NOT. RE2 still has some framerates issues on my PC but this demo has none. Locked on 60fps and with a high to max setup if I exclude some textures that won't make any sense to have in my 1080p monitor anyway. This game is way more optimized than RE2R. I don't know about consoles though but, I doubt in less than a month they will have enough time to polish the game enough to run smoother on Xbox One. I'm kinda surprised it runs so bad on the original One.
Difference between PS4 Pro and XBox One X is not so huge but on PS4 Pro we have stable frame-rate which is for me more important advantage than little higher resolution like on XBox One X which also doasn't run RE3 in native 4K additionally with variable frame-rate !

Just to make sure guys ps4 pro is basically is high game pc setting, so u can play every most game in high setting, even it was on 2020 ( u can say ps4 pro was broken is beating ps5 already if you would mind ) more it was new games or old games school can run in high setting perfectly in ps4 pro is for gaming high, sure is 2x+ times pricely than normal ps4.

The ONE X are running on a higher resolution than the PS4 and PS4 pro, that the reason of the FR drop, but the higher resolution leave the other (PS) versions with pixels swimming all over... So yea, it drops, but you get a significant better graphical output, if you wish for a weaker graphical output, scale down and it will run without drops...

Imagens muito manipuláveis usando simplesmente o menu da TV com a opção "nitidez" se tem resultados melhores que isso aí em cada console. Agora se tratando de frame rate, é óbvio que quanto mais potente for o console maior e mais estável é o FPS.

Lo de xbox one fat es lamentable, tanto en resolución como en framerate, lo peor de todo es que comparte versión con xbox one s y estas son las que de calle la mayoría de poseedores de una xbox one tienen, One x es la mejor en resolución pero en framerate ps pro, aunque claro habrá que esperar a la versión final y ojalá esto ya este corregido, se viene juegazo señores.
Exageras totalmente, el juego, al igual que Resident Evil 7 y 2 Remake, está en el demo y en la versión final estará a 1080p nativos, simplemente es la técnica de Antialiasing llamada FXAA que emborrona un poco la imagen, PS4 está nativamente a 1080p pero con TAA, el cual no emborrona nada la imagen. El rendimiento luego puede mejorar, ve al Resident Evil 2 Remake corriendo a 40-50 FPS en Xbox One Fat/S y con las actualizaciones ya corre a 50-60 FPS, lo cual no está mal considerando las limitaciones en la GPU. Todos tienen esa consola, incluyéndome, y no es culpa de la consola que los desarrolladores casi siempre usen resoluciónes más bajas sin sentido o por hueva de optimización, véase Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes a 720p nativos en Xbox One y luego el Phantom Pain a 900p nativos reescalados a 1080p o el Watch Dogs a 792p y el 2 a 900p/1080p nativos, hay ejemplos justificados de recortes de resolución como Rise Of The Tomb Raider que estaba a 1080p, pero sacrificó el Antialiasing dando una imagen poco nitida debido a que el juego, generalmente, usa escenarios con muchos arbustos o texturas bastante redondas, las cuales sin Antialiasing se ven pixeladas, las cinemáticas también estaban a 1080p pero reescalados y sufrían de carecer de Antialiasing, al pasar a Shadow Of The Tomb Raider que bajó a 900p fue porque el Shadow, aunque no parezca, usa sombreadores y modelados más exigentes, mapas más grandes, tumbas más exigentes, y por ende una resolución 1080p habría provocado más tirones de los que ya tiene, sin embargo el recorte de resolución es prácticamente imperceptible porque el juego usa TAA y la resolución no afecta en lo absoluto, el aliasing es removido completamente y los jaggies provocados al usar resoluciones más bajas son eliminados considerablemente. Depende del desarrollador, Ubisoft ha sabido manejar muy bien las resoluciones de sus juegos de Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six y Ghost Reecon en PS4 y Xbox One y el rendimiento es prácticamente el mismo o muy parecido entre ambas versiones, en ocasiones una versión con algunas ventajas de rendimiento sobre la otra y viceversa. Por ejemplo, Assassin's Creed Unity tuvo la ventaja de rendimiento en Xbox One por el CPU, Assassin's Creed Syndicate tuvo ventaja por el GPU de PS4, pero el juego en sí al inicio no estaba bien optimizado, con las actualizaciones el rendimiento de Syndicate es igual en ambas consolas, Origins y Oddysey usan resolución dinámica en ambas, y si bien Xbox One baja hasta 792p es imperceptible o poco notorio porque son en muy pocas partes del juego donde hay ese bajón notorio de resolución, y hay partes donde corren mejor en Xbox One y otras en PS4 y viceversa. Rainbow Six Siege también es otro ejemplo de buena Optimización, pese al Downgrade, y está a 1080p en ambas consolas y solo en algunos modos a 900p, pero con el TAA es muy poco notorio. Metro Éxodus es otro ejemplo de buena Optimización, en Xbox One varía entre 1080-900p pero los 30 FPS son totalmente estables, lo más bajo son 27 FPS y es en muy pocas partes, mientras en PS4 bajaba hasta los 16 FPS

I think with this game replaying on Xbox One X vs the ps4 its so hard to tell a difference. The game is so dark in general, that there isnt much benefit imo. The game is about 2 1/2 hour long of gameplay if you skip the cutscenes. I was taking a break from studying for 45 mins an realized I was Carlos at the hospital when I saved. I was like wow ive only played for a total 1hr 30 mins.... If you skip the cutscenes and have played this before its such a wasted game. There isnt alot to do even in the main story. I was mad when I first played this on launch. But now looking at Idc it was free. But my gawd! They should have added a patch to this and added the clock tower, & Mr X is clearly the Nemesis now. At least in Revelations there is a challenge in 1& 2 those games are long & fun. This just feels like push forward you dont even get to explore at all is what I realized. 3/10.

Im a PS user but I am not really happy with XBOX 1 X framerate is lower than PS4 PRO. Thats weird, but this is just demo, hope Capcom improve it on full version. If not, meaning THE MONSTER is basically just numbers. I play it on 4k on Pro, the framerate is just fine.

I bought my PC 3 years ago my Default specs are GTX 1060(6GB VRAM),I7- 6700k (4 GHz) and 32 GB Ram and I am really fine with Full HD not that 4K. Buying Graphics cards high ends are expensive.

Glad I got a PS4 Pro recently (For FF7 Remake lol) and not an XB1X. Seems like they made the weird choice to sacrifice frame rate for a very slight increase in resolution. When you're talking about a difference of 0-200p, I don't see that as being worth consistent & significant decrease in performance. PS4 Pro's frame rate, although not without some hiccups, seemed to consistently be 50-60fps, whereas XB1X seemed to average around 45 or so.

For everyone who thinks X or Pro are a waste of money: It depends on your TV in the end. Of course some games will have a better FPS on Pro and X because, well developers are lazy those days.
That being said, I've seen some pretty good reasons why a Pro or X would look better in a 4K or even 1080p TV, just because it looks sharper than the original consoles.
Actually I'm a bit surprised that the comparisons those days from the Pro to PS4 and X to One are looking JUST like the original PS4 to PS3. Jill's model is blurry on the PS4 original while she's looking sharper on Pro. Just like how games used to look from PS3 to 4. XD I think I'm stuck into a loophole of time here.

When I filtered my game library to only Xbox one Enhanced games the demo is not in the list. But when I change it to just Xbox games the demo is in the list. This suggests that the demo is not Xbox one Enhanced which explains it poor performance. But the full game on Microsoft store says it has Xbox One Enhanced which has better performance.

So that's why the Xbox One X version felt so bad to play. FPS is much lower compared to RE2, which was mostly a solid 60 fps. But since i Pre-ordered it on the PC.
Dont forget this here is a different team that worked on this game. From what I know CAPCOMs main focus was on RE2. Anyway this game will be great!

en xbox one x le pasa como muchos otros juegos, al mover 4k nativo el framerate es mas inestable por que le exige mas carga, y en ps4 pro al no mover los juegos nativos si no por reescalado es mas estable, esto ya se ha visto en muchos juegos. Basicamente es calidad grafica o rendimiento.
Eso me preguntaba yo, por que al ser mas potente X que Pro tenia un framerate mas inestable, y llevas razon. Pero yo personalmente prefiero perder un pelin de resolucion y tener un framerate solido como una piedra, a fin de cuentas tus ojos se acostumbran facil a esas altas resoluciones y acabas por no notar la diferencia, de hecho cuesta ver la diferencia, la inestabilidad en los fps molesta mucho. A mi me marea cuando un juego no para de tener picos en la tasa de refresco como la One, aunque la X los mantiene bastante estables dentro de lo que cabe a 50.

Optimización mijo, el COD Modern Warfare Reboot corre pésimo en la Xbox One X y no está a 4k y en la PS4 PRo que está a 1440p corre bien fluido. Este es un juego Japonés, en Japón la PS4 es más famosa, juegos como Dark Souls 3 recibieron parche en PS4 pro pero no en la X, DMC5 tiene peor rendimiento en Xbox One X que en PS4 Pro porque la misma razón. La Xbox One X es un 50% más potente que la PS4 Pro en absolutamente todo, aunque el CPU, que si bien es más potente, es tan solo un 30%, no debería tener ningún problema, o muy pocos problemas, al mover un juego así a 1800p

Pero esto evidentemente depende al final del desarrollador pero en este caso no lo veo tan mal aun que sea el juego algo inestable, es posible que no se perciba las bajadas de fps. La resolucion es algo que si qye creo que no se debe casi ni apreciar, si hay algo mejor en la xbox one x deben ser detalles en la mayoria de los juegos y para darte cuenta habria que comparar para verlo

marcus moore framerate is locked or very close to 60fps when you play. Cinematics are also 60fps but with some micro drops. Resolution is probably around 1620p or 1800p now . Very good patch, enjoy !

Tenía la one x con una tele full hd y ya se veía la mejora respecto de las otras. Después me compré la TV Hisense Uled 4K y ya era otra cosa, mejoró 4 veces más. A lo que voy es que no fue un desperdicio para nada y si no fíjate reseñas que aprecian lo mismo que veo yo todos los días.

Well I sure hope NOT. RE2 still has some framerates issues on my PC but this demo has none. Locked on 60fps and with a high to max setup if I exclude some textures that won't make any sense to have in my 1080p monitor anyway. This game is way more optimized than RE2R. I don't know about consoles though but, I doubt in less than a month they will have enough time to polish the game enough to run smoother on Xbox One. I'm kinda surprised it runs so bad on the original One.

Difference between PS4 Pro and XBox One X is not so huge but on PS4 Pro we have stable frame-rate which is for me more important advantage than little higher resolution like on XBox One X which also doasn't run RE3 in native 4K additionally with variable frame-rate !

So yea, it drops, but you get a significant better graphical output, if you wish for a weaker graphical output, scale down and it will run without drops...

Lo de xbox one fat es lamentable, tanto en resolución como en framerate, lo peor de todo es que comparte versión con xbox one s y estas son las que de calle la mayoría de poseedores de una xbox one tienen,
One x es la mejor en resolución pero en framerate ps pro, aunque claro habrá que esperar a la versión final y ojalá esto ya este corregido, se viene juegazo señores.
Exageras totalmente, el juego, al igual que Resident Evil 7 y 2 Remake, está en el demo y en la versión final estará a 1080p nativos, simplemente es la técnica de Antialiasing llamada FXAA que emborrona un poco la imagen, PS4 está nativamente a 1080p pero con TAA, el cual no emborrona nada la imagen. El rendimiento luego puede mejorar, ve al Resident Evil 2 Remake corriendo a 40-50 FPS en Xbox One Fat/S y con las actualizaciones ya corre a 50-60 FPS, lo cual no está mal considerando las limitaciones en la GPU. Todos tienen esa consola, incluyéndome, y no es culpa de la consola que los desarrolladores casi siempre usen resoluciónes más bajas sin sentido o por hueva de optimización, véase Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes a 720p nativos en Xbox One y luego el Phantom Pain a 900p nativos reescalados a 1080p o el Watch Dogs a 792p y el 2 a 900p/1080p nativos, hay ejemplos justificados de recortes de resolución como Rise Of The Tomb Raider que estaba a 1080p, pero sacrificó el Antialiasing dando una imagen poco nitida debido a que el juego, generalmente, usa escenarios con muchos arbustos o texturas bastante redondas, las cuales sin Antialiasing se ven pixeladas, las cinemáticas también estaban a 1080p pero reescalados y sufrían de carecer de Antialiasing, al pasar a Shadow Of The Tomb Raider que bajó a 900p fue porque el Shadow, aunque no parezca, usa sombreadores y modelados más exigentes, mapas más grandes, tumbas más exigentes, y por ende una resolución 1080p habría provocado más tirones de los que ya tiene, sin embargo el recorte de resolución es prácticamente imperceptible porque el juego usa TAA y la resolución no afecta en lo absoluto, el aliasing es removido completamente y los jaggies provocados al usar resoluciones más bajas son eliminados considerablemente. Depende del desarrollador, Ubisoft ha sabido manejar muy bien las resoluciones de sus juegos de Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six y Ghost Reecon en PS4 y Xbox One y el rendimiento es prácticamente el mismo o muy parecido entre ambas versiones, en ocasiones una versión con algunas ventajas de rendimiento sobre la otra y viceversa. Por ejemplo, Assassin's Creed Unity tuvo la ventaja de rendimiento en Xbox One por el CPU, Assassin's Creed Syndicate tuvo ventaja por el GPU de PS4, pero el juego en sí al inicio no estaba bien optimizado, con las actualizaciones el rendimiento de Syndicate es igual en ambas consolas, Origins y Oddysey usan resolución dinámica en ambas, y si bien Xbox One baja hasta 792p es imperceptible o poco notorio porque son en muy pocas partes del juego donde hay ese bajón notorio de resolución, y hay partes donde corren mejor en Xbox One y otras en PS4 y viceversa. Rainbow Six Siege también es otro ejemplo de buena Optimización, pese al Downgrade, y está a 1080p en ambas consolas y solo en algunos modos a 900p, pero con el TAA es muy poco notorio. Metro Éxodus es otro ejemplo de buena Optimización, en Xbox One varía entre 1080-900p pero los 30 FPS son totalmente estables, lo más bajo son 27 FPS y es en muy pocas partes, mientras en PS4 bajaba hasta los 16 FPS

I think with this game replaying on Xbox One X vs the ps4 its so hard to tell a difference. The game is so dark in general, that there isnt much benefit imo. The game is about 2 1/2 hour long of gameplay if you skip the cutscenes. I was taking a break from studying for 45 mins an realized I was Carlos at the hospital when I saved. I was like wow ive only played for a total 1hr 30 mins.... If you skip the cutscenes and have played this before its such a wasted game. There isnt alot to do even in the main story. I was mad when I first played this on launch. But now looking at Idc it was free. But my gawd! They should have added a patch to this and added the clock tower, & Mr X is clearly the Nemesis now. At least in Revelations there is a challenge in 1& 2 those games are long & fun. This just feels like push forward you dont even get to explore at all is what I realized. 3/10.

No quesito Anti-Aliasing o Xbox dá uma surra no PS4. No PS4 pode se vê alguns serrilhamentos nos objetos, no Xbox é quase imperceptível.

Tsss, la consola mas poderosa del mundo no puede mantenerse a mas de 50fps?, y la de la competencia siendo menos potente si llega...deberían dejarse de 4k y chorradas y priorizar los fps, ahi se ve como xbox le da prioridad a la resolución, pudiéndola bajar un poco mas y dar 60 estables, prefieren subirle y que baje 10 fps.
Tal vez pase eso con ps5 vaya estable todo el tiempo y la xbox series de bajones de fps
La estabilidad tanto de la resolución y los fps dependen de la optimización del desarrollador no de la consola

I have both the base ps4 and Xbox one and downloaded the demo on both and man, they did Xbox dirty lol. Looks blurry, frame rate doesn’t even stay at 30

Im a PS user but I am not really happy with XBOX 1 X framerate is lower than PS4 PRO. Thats weird, but this is just demo, hope Capcom improve it on full version.

I play it on 4k on Pro, the framerate is just fine.

@@vrgeta7q6e Es que Re3r recae en un uso más extensivo de la ram, apartado en el cual ps4 tiene tiene más ram (y más ancho de banda de esta) que en One y por ende ,creo yo, sería factible alcanzar esos 60fps en ps4 a costa de la reducción de resolución.

The resolution is not accurate..resident evil 3 is fixed 1620p no signs of dynamic resolution..while xbox one x is native 4k 2160p... The patch for dynamic resolution on xbox one x is not yet available
I tried demo on PS4 PRO and later on XOX. PRO feels much smoother. That's shame for XOX.

The fpr drop on the XOX are because its running on a higher resolution than the PRO....
Why the framerate is better on the PS4 consoles?
Because Microsoft has told developers to push the resolution on Xbox One X to points were it eventually mess the framerate!
They tend to prioritze resolution. Which I wouldn't mind, but they should add 2 performance modes.
it's a shame they didn't release RE4 for the One X, yeah the One can't handle it so just limit it to the X afterall it released on the PS4
why not give us 1080p resolution option for stable 60fps on xbox one x and ps4 pro?
