I just slap a Mio (the sport version) into my water source and call it a day, I feel great drinking it during and after a workout or being out in the heat for most of the day. Calorie free as well.

I hope this homemade drink has just as much electrolytes in it as Pedialyte does. Because pedialyte is the only drink I know so far to have more electrolytes in it than Gatorade, Powerade or any sport drink you can think of.
Also don't use table salt as they say. It has iodine which will spike your blood pressure. Use a healthy salt like "Real Salt" by Redmond (sourced in the USA) or a pink Himalayan salt. But Redmond also makes an unflavored electrolyte called RE-LYTE which is without sugar and the bad for you flavoring additives.
