Domates, hatay acı biber salçası, bir diş sarmısak, kekik tuz ve karabiber öğütücüden geçirilir ve kavrulan bibere ilave ediler. iyice sulanana kadar kapağı kapatılarak pişirilmeye bırakılır. Çırpılan yumurtalar kısık ateşe alınan tavaya eklenir. hızlıca eşit oranda dağıtılarak karıştırılır ve servis edilir.
