I feel bad for Connors. He has money problems, dreams are constantly crushed, and he turned into a lizard! He did everything right here: he asked for permission, his intentions were good, he kept the being in containment, etc. The only questionable thing he did was use Richard's notes and that's only questionable because its Peter's dad. He was also racked with guilt enough to turn himself in. Geez, poor guy.

I remember seeing this story in a book store when I was a kid. I opened it and flipped through it, and saw some.... rather disturbing images of Carnage killing people. Before this, I had actually never known that Carnage was ACTUALLY a killer (I've only seen the Animated Series version of Carnage), so let's just say that this was a very shocking reality check for me. That and also, I was scarred for life......... ok, not that last part

Personally I would've killed off MJ and kept Gwen a live so we can further differentiate The Amazing Universe and the Ultimate.
I admit I do like this version of Carnage due to the fact it kind of makes me think of John Carpenter's "The Thing" in a way, but I admit I prefer the classic of Cletus Kasedy

Peter Parker's run in the Ultimate Spider-Man comics isn't just my favorite Spider-Man series, but it's my favorite Marvel series entirely. The writing and artwork is superb from beginning to end and I've never enjoyed seeing Spider-Man just be himself more than I did in these books. Every time Spider-Man and Kingpin crossed paths it was just a highlight of everything that makes him such a great and entertaining hero, I still remember when Kingpin gets so angry about this kid ruining his operations that he puts the Spider-Man mask on a guy he'd been beating information out of (or something along those lines), and he crushes that guy's head with his bare hands. Fisk doesn't openly show a lot of emotion but it was at this point it was very clear how much he wanted Spider-Man dead.
I feel that you should, there are many storylines that contain him afterwards and it would be good to see his ultimate storyline so people would know where he comes from and how he is outside of just an origin video.
