Can we all just pause for a second and acknowledge that this is probably the first time that a UA-camr has broken out a soldering iron in order to demo a pedal!
I've played guitar seriously now for about 20 years. This guy still manages to inspire me even though I feel like I've heard it all, seen it all. Thanks
I appreciate the demo Jay, you’re a true talent, I really enjoy listening to your playing, even if I don’t end up purchasing a product. Thank you. My pedals are fairly standard, don’t really have odd sounding effects
one thing i'll say about this pedal which is hard to tell from the demos is that its tracking on the bass sound is really good. i previously used an earthquaker data corrupter which had much worse tracking. i basically always had to have a compressor on in front of it to ensure it behaved well and even then it often took a few takes. the tracking on this pedal is so good i would feel comfortable using it live for a crunchy bass sound (not going to sound like a normal bass, you have to be into that kind of square wave sound). it's a boring but practical way to use this pedal.
Love the video J!❤️ incredible as usual! For those wondering, you can use the expression jack as an external tap and it will mimic your ramp/rate footswitch. You wont have your expression pedal connected at the same time tho, like J has in the video. That was a cool trick ❤️
It’s wild! My craziest pedal is probably the Bronx Cheer, built after a design by Tim Escobedo. It’s a fuzz with envelope filter. Has some similarities with the Zzombee.
Made in America! Love this. This ticks several boxes,, for me. Tremolo, Fuzz, the Low Octave, and the Filter with the ability to add the expression pedal. It's a lot like the Keeley, but more. Thanks, Jay!
So many cool effects and tones for sure.I think it would be better to have an app so you could set up presets for live work and keeping organized with the z-z-zzzombie?? I think I’ll stick with my Sonuus Wahoo-you can set up a 100 presets besides the 100 built in.There’s infinitely adjustable LFO’s,etc and you can even change the vowel sounds including double vowel sounds of the wah.All the adjustments can be done right on the pedal or on the computer-but being able have organized presets is beneficial for me anyway. My Sonuus Wahoo is a favourite geek n tweak forever full meal deal pedal that tests and taxes my cranial capacity enough already-in a fun kinda way…. I don’t think it’s being made anymore-too bad and glad I own one.
It’s all analog, not digital so an app couldn’t work that way, part of the wildness to the thing, all their stuff is like that, this is probably my favorite pedal companies, very forward thinking and very unique. I have 3x of their pedals I’d like to try this one but it’s still so expensive
@@4evrluvbk most of brazilians are like this in business don't know why, in Brazil they do clones of pricey stuff in Brazil that costs sometimes more than original stuff. When I see companies like this or even doing "original" stuff but with that price range just for some crazyness I just dislike or don't see the thing. Just JHS sometimes is worst than this for me and Toneczar, or companies that do clones of 50-100$ amps in pedal format clones for 250$, it's almost unfair for the original creators of these stuff. Stone Deaf, Crazy Tube Circuits, KMA, AIB custom Fx, SviSound, even Strymon (that's also a bit underpricey most of times, even that the DECO is amazing) AMT, Inverted Cross Audio, Walrus Audio, Animal Factory Amplification, Gurus - Cicognani Pedals and ecc I see way more understandable prices than BeetronicsFX. With 100 bucks I got a EHX Black Finger full blast tube compressor preamp, for nothing I'll put 300-400 bucks for something that with 50 euros (green ringer with blender octaver) I kinda do, maybe even more musical than this + with the whatever art I want on the pedal (Inverted Cross Audio). Even the nutube tubescreamer it's more valuable than this, honestly.
You pay for what you get sometimes. I have had many clone pedals from all over the world, many are garbage. This pedal is actually capable of producing a very wide range of sounds. So, you are getting a lot for the price. Vanilla players need not apply.

Haha :)
Absolutely a bonkers piece of gear. Cosmonauts assemble!

This thing sounds insane ❤
Seems perfect to play some video game's sountracks, like one of the effects makes me think of Undertale

the only one who has tried any pedal setting....even the weirdest ones...great job
Thanks :)
Excellent Demo Jay!!!!
Thanks!

Thanks!
Good pedal
good guitar
good amp!
Thanks man :)
I’d say the Alexander syntax error or super ball. 2 crazy fun pedals!
Syntax Error.. I've been meaning on checking that one out!
What expression pedal is that. totally dig the look and it would match my hands pedal board to a T!!
It is a Mission Engineering one :)
Very cool pedal.....but that Harmony guitar is awesome sounding
It is a pretty awesome guitar :)

Wild

Ok so where does this go on your board ?? Up front with fuzz or in middle with modulation ?
I like it right after my wah :)
This has jack white written all over it
Haha, that was exactly what I thought when I first saw it!
🐝 cool
Thanks :)
@@JayLeonardJ thank you for Rockin Sir .
Is you on PS playing COD a lot ???
I wish we could live in a world where musicians could make a living with their music instead of hawking gear. Sigh.
Not for 350 - it’s meh..
Too much expensive like everything that brazilians put their hands on, extremely over pricey for me their stuff.
Yeah this is a hard no for me
