Hey bro, i just wanted to say u do inspire me, i come from homelessness to and drugs, ivd had my own company for 3 years and the 1st 2 i was still using. Now im clean and i can really understand that anything is pos. And i like what u say "the only way u will fail is to quit" concrete is my passion and now im learning how to run a company. It is alot different than just being a finisher. Anyways thanks for helping me. Anytime im struggling i search west coast custom concrete and watch a few videos and it gets me back on track. I have found this out in life : helping people is the best high you can have. Our testemonys are alot alike, ive been through the inferno as well. Thanks man keep using your platform. There are millions of ppl just like us that need it!!!!!
Very good videos. Great talks, philosophically. Good encouragement for a good life. On this video you put cement down to cure the soil. Here in Texas we have clay soils and the commercial guys put down lime buy using a tanker truck with a slurry. Then they have a big tiller machine that blends in the lime into the top 4 or 5 inches of the soil. I use a short version of that but I have seen where the addition of lime is effective to stabilize soil. Also, adding lime to any concrete mix is a very good hardener for cement at a low cost. Very little slump affect. Great vids

I also struggled with prescription pill abuse and I’m also proud to say I’m a father to a beautiful 4 yr old boy that I had at the age 32. His mother is not around so I’m raising him as a single father. The stories you have shared are so inspirational and motivating. My Father, my younger brother, and myself run a small residential concrete company here in Louisville Kentucky. I’ve definitely learned a lot from your channel man. A great quote, “ The greatest mistake a man can ever make in life, is to be afraid of making one”. You have to go against the tides sometimes to find out what kind of man you really are. This is actually one of the best ways to treat clay soil but it doesn’t work if you only sprinkle it on top. If you put any weight on this “like a car” it will sink in or “pump “ still. You have to scarify it and mix the Portland in and re-compact it.
I did this on a way smaller scale Today. Weird. ?? Plumbers are laughing at us, they dont dig . Respect Wood then steel. Easy. I used all sand and had good soil. You didn't
