Thanks for the lesson Keith. I'm still a low-tier intermediate player at the moment but i'm definitely going to check out some of the other lessons and try and build myself from the ground up. My playing is reasonable but my musical theory knowledge is poor and I think I probably need to sit down and commit to learning more about the chords and the notes on the neck rather than just relying on tab. This was a great lesson!
Thank you. Hopefully you’ll find lots of little ideas to use in your practise and playing. Please don’t think your current playing ability affects what and how you can use it. Taking any gems of info you find and investigating them on your instrument will absolutely help you improve. Good luck👍
Hi, yes and thanks for getting in touch. I’m fine thank you. I’ve just been really busy and not had much chance to shoot video lessons. That said I will be starting to produce from this coming week so will be releasing a steady stream of stuff in the coming weeks.
I should've watched the whole lesson before I commented lol I just wanted to check out the track while I was watching. really interesting ideas you have here. thanks! @@academyofbass
This is an excellent lesson. Real world working musicians can apply this to tonight’s gig. I know because I did. Great work.

I worked with Keith from this channel for years, a monster bassist. Top level educator on a musical and a human level. Love him.

@@PConB Thanks👍
Something tells me I'm gonna need talent first, and oops... too late.
You absolutely have the talent for this, we all have and it’s never too late👍 Hope you enjoyed the lesson and learned a little something.
@@academyofbass Yes of course. Just bein' a joker. An old joker who'll never stop noodling on instruments until my fingers fall off.
