- This video is all about the 1923 Peace Silver Dollar. Today we are going to be learning the ins and outs of this coin, including its history and the context in which the coin was minted in, its appeal to collectors, and the various values it may have depending on its condition. We are also going to be covering the 1923 Dollar VAMs and errors - if there is not a section for one of them, that means that there are none known. Hopefully this is a good introduction to this awesome coin, and best of luck finding all of the valuable errors, VAMs, and highly-graded coins in addition to learning the sweet history behind it. Always keep an eye out for good coins, whether they are worth tons of money and rare, or just have great eye appeal and a story to them! This video is made as part of a greater educational series on every date, denomination, and mint mark in U.S. coinage.

Hey Christian, new comer here. I'm a old fart in his infancy in collecting but put odd coins aside in the past.your one of the the people I listen to in this field cause I like how you give a little history behind the coins plus you seem to be a wise opened minded young man. Two great combos and rare these days. I can imagine you heard a lot of crazy coin stories but hoping you also have patience as to go a step further with this one. I have a 23 peace dollar uncirculated with possibly three top 50 pcgs cams and a die adjustment strike. I'm guessing just guessing that it might have been struck three times with die not right. I say this because the tiara has one line going up one side and on other side it goes just past the tip. CRAZY! Plus bar on eagle shoulder, obvious lamination issue on obverse and possible DDR. PLEASE. How should this one be approached? I don't think I've seen a coin graded triple vam with variety on top. Thank you for your time and patience. Love your vids. Keep em coming. I'm learning. Lol

I have a 23 with a die Crack from outer edge above in God we trust on threw and down to just above the date and on up and back into libertys throat area? Any info on these or have u seen one?
I have a 1923 s peace dollar and when I took it to the coin shop they said I was better off keeping it and putting it away does that mean it's good

Hi everyone i have a coin of one dóllar of 1923 but this one does not have the Word peace on de rok. 2:23
I have one with a teardrop falling from her eye VAM.
I have a totally doubled die obverse it’s in the liberty from the top of the forehead all the way down the nose around the chin the neck the back of the neck it’s very pronounced in the date 1923 with beautiful toning and it’s looks like drool on the bottom of the lip ad on the back of the peace dollar is it worth more if the AM are extremely close
