It’s crazy how they release super souls that will boost your reward rate, score and Zeni, rather than just fixing the RNG, score output, Zeni reward and TP medal rewards too. I feel like we’re overdue for a super soul that boosts the amount of TP medals that we can earn since the max cap keeps rising with level up costing a lot of TP and since we have a new currency to depend on now which is the STP medals

You're underestimating the new 17 soul. It doesn't matter if your opponent "controls" your boosts. The fact that EVERYTHING triggers the boosts means your opponent literally cannot do anything besides basic attacks if they intend to minimize your boosts. Doesn't matter if they charge ki, use backflip, pop a pose, try to pepper you with some ki blast skills, etc. ALL OF IT gives you extra damage.
The word for something like this is a "deterrent," something that prevents somebody from doing something they normally would. It's why souls like Gamma 2's "You need to be careful" or the Rosè/DBS Broly souls were so strong. They punished you for doing stamina breaks because you'd basically just give them their stamina back and you'd be less likely to KO them. The concept is similar for the 17 soul as you dissuade your opponent from using their moves against you.
Trust me, that soul is going to be utterly nasty against a lot of players.
It's good those stam broken souls got fix so it's not an instant return of all stamina
So glad you recognized this too! This is going to make cheesey spammers a thing of the past if they don't intend to get one shot.
I think you're really underestimating the 17 super soul, I think you don't realize how often the ai enemies whether in raids or in pqs use supers and ults. It sounds like an amazing super soul

Angol is one of those green dudes with the blue clothes in the Z broly movie, the one with the whip.
Pretty sure "Boost item drop rate" refers to material items, because we have another super soul that says the same thing and that's all it does.

@@TheLastFighter Tested the SS on DBS 17. All that 70% damage stacked up in like 60 seconds.
When they get to max ki it's basically guaranteed to be an ult incoming...
@@leoneyamada5408 Had a fun time with my 2 Hercule! Hercule SS Meat shields. Taunt all the enemies. The AI that have full key bars off the bat had my super soul dinging like crazy.
Also the Angol is referring to paragus' soldiers from the z broly movie the ones with the blue outfits. Their blue outfit is even in the tp medal shop labelled 'angol outfit'
Android 17’s Super Soul is great for PvE since the AI will beam spam the moment it gets the Ki to. Mai’s is best for farming, though do wonder a bit on what it will boost; there was a Piccolo Soul that boosts clothing drop, so it can’t be that.
the pilaf one is gonna be very useful for raid quests and expert missions
If the buffs the android 17 ss gives are permanent, its going to be extremely strong against crystal raid bosses.
I already take them out via my majin cheese build, but if this gets added, you could probably shred them with a female human or saiyan via ki blasts.

UPDATE: False alarm. It looks like the damage stacking was interacting with the super soul I had on. Just retested and everything seems normal. My bad yall

So instead of us getting stronger... we are getting weaker, to ge the back to our Lv.120 again as a Lv.140. Its an all illusion trick!

@@tristanwelke7827 I was damage testing saiyan awokens and it looks like all transformations that increase ki damage went down by around 5-6 percent just for ki damage. For example Blue evolution still has 35 percent for basic attack, but the ki damage boost is now roughly 29 percent. Blue is now 25, beast is 20, and Super Vegeta 2 is a measly 15. Haven't tested golden form yet, but yeah they definitely got nerfed.
@@deoxysandmew2162 Hopefully it's a bug, but I'm assuming they did this to compensate for the level increase I suppose.
I just did an enormous round of testing on my own.
1 - Male Saiyan with a hybrid build.
2 - Buuhan as my punching bag (high health, moderate size, no increased defense).
3 - fierce fist for strike (single hit, no variable).
4 - flash strike for ki (single hit, no variable).
5 - standard all heavy string for basic.
6 - removed super soul for purity

ULTRA INSTINCT:
No point in checking, still gives nothing.
In the end it was a false alarm. Something to note is that some super souls can have a side effect of reducing the awoken modifier example. Toppo's soul "I've cast aside everything for this" which makes your base 35% stronger with a couple non attack debuffs actually reduces your awoken effectiveness. Not sure by how much exactly but it changed Potential Unleashed from a 15% to something like 11.2% or something arbitrary like that.
When testing transformations it would be wise to unequip your super soul if you want pure results.
EDIT: I just saw OP's edit, I guess we're all on the same page now. Crisis averted, we worried for nothing lol.
Btw Angol was the name of one of the Masked Soldiers from the Broly Movie. Absolutely random character to give a SS but seeing as we have a bunch of other SS's after trivial characters in the franchise it's not that weird ig

Like how android 17 super soul can be heavy countered by characters who specialized in basic attacks only. But it heavy counter plays people who spam supers and ultimates
Cabb PLEASE do another video like this for PQ Super soul and characters’s Super soul you can't acquire for yourself. I hate when new characters have descriptions you can’t view just because we can’t use it for our own characters.
I’m really happy…..for the community. The only character I like out of these is Rose Black with the weapon. What I’m REALLY enjoying is the clothing options and custom colors now. And the level cap 😂!!

The Paid DLC Super Soul belonging to Ultra Supervillain God Vegeta you get in PQ 174 is the best one for Ultra Instinct, Beast and even for both Turn Giant and Kaioken if you still use them. It's also good for Male Majin's Stamina Recovery. It will overshadow both DBS Broly and Rosé Goku Black's Super Soul pretty easily. The name of the Super Soul is named *"I'll surpass you as I am, with my OWN power!"* Both Custom Mentor Vegeta and Custom Partner God Vegeta has it; Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta, (Super Baby 2 if you consider him a version of Vegeta), Vegito and Gogeta doesn't have this super soul. It cost 10 TP Medals to unlock and test it out right now. The effects are as follows:
[Always]
Shortens time of guard break. (L)
[When guard is broken]
Boosts all attacks. (M)
Boosts stamina recovery speed. (M)
*Can be stacked up to five times.
Limit Burst:
Auto Health Recovery and Stamina Recovery! DEF Down.
Edit: Tested the Super Soul. It's not as broken as Rosé Goku Black and DBS Broly's Super Soul as I thought it would be, but it IS the best one for Ultra Instinct, if not the PERFECT ONE for Ultra Instinct.

If you managed to obtain a supposedly unavaysuoer soul, there's gotta be an either working cheat table, trainer, or save editor.

I will buy Mai's SSoul, because I still can't access 40 tons one due before couple days ago I was only done all Namek Story and couple days ago I done first Androids & Cell Story Mission aka I have first 30 PQs from main game. Plus I love grind: my levels (don't like buying levels at any games!), DBs and Z Ranks for PQs/etc, so it is quite useful one for me. Pilaf's is timpty for me at Solo DLC PQs and for my little brother due he is a bit bad at game. xD

Is the Broly “etc Grave” super soul bugged or broken? Because it doesn’t seem to work, at first I thought when it said “Decrease amount of ki restored (XXL)” it would make your current ki like say it was (1K Ki bars) and it brung it down to (500 ki bars) but when you transformed, it would bring it back to (1k Ki bars) which did seem kinda useless but okay in a way or if you got some sort of build you’re trying to do, but it didn’t effect the ki bars and it didn’t effect the amount of ki you charge either.. “For CaCs”

17s new super soul is broken ppl do super attacks 24/7 in a pvp match it'll stack up super quick same thing ppl do ultimates raw or in a combo
No it's better and more balanced the way I learned how you fight works because when they charge or do a single skill you get stronger it's great
If crystal raids weren't dead, the last one would be god tier.
The second one is extremely good for aggressive play.

Beast goves you 30% boost to all attacks and the rest is just a curse
Meanwhile you can just stack a super soul + potential unleashed and get better performance

My level 120 Frieza race with 200 ki blast supers:curse? Nah just grab into ki blast thrust once and it's game over... Give yourself the toppo super soul for super armor burst and pick the archipelago and charge FROM START... You guarantee yourself the form and who needs a limit burst anyway if literally any grab is over 10k damage and can be followed up with flash chaser so if they try and block you get ANOTHER GRAB and can follow that one up with destruction concerto meteor and combo extend AGAIN... Your enemy stands ZERO CHANCE even with max tanking abilities... It's actually busted...
@@leoneyamada5408 considering that the form is supposed to be extremely fast and agile it should basically be ssgss for all races.
You take more damage and you are sluggish. But if you do dump 200 into stats i guess it can work.

I just stick with north kai's let's just enjoy the game. Can't be stunned, frozen, poisened & take less damage from all attacks. Don't have to worry about stunning or freezing cheese

The 17 one is only bad for pvp which is fine with me because I don't do PVP. Imo

No it is good for PvP, but only against crystal raids (where you fight against a real person)
They tend to just spam ultimates and supers, this ss would genuinely just shred them along with poison stacked against them.
Currently the meta for crystal raids is the "time for a little nap" which gives you insane ki Regen, and allows you to use super guard constantly while using poison/ quick melee attacks to whittle them down.
There's also ki blast builds, but they are borderline defenseless once everyone else goes down, leaving them wide open for attacks when they use a ki super as well.
It's the only PvP mode I play tbh, so this SS is interesting

Am i the only the only one who thinks the Pilaf super soul is going to be a major problem for pvp i mean in a 3 minute fight like normal if it gets down to the wire and there is 30 seconds or less and your opponent gets back up at full health you just lose because there is 0 chance you can kill the again

Very disappointing, especially the last one; they really dropped the ball by not giving a boost to TP Medals earned with that last Super Soul, which would have made it more optimal.
Cab also the dlc super souls are out through the partners, Vegeta has his new super soul, Gohan, Videl, Krillian, and Android 18 also have there's as well!!!! Please notice!1

I don't know why they would change next gen upgrade to the 24th, it was scheduled for 23rd, now they delay it for 1 day to make it be on the 24th. That's pretty stupid.
