To be honest, it teaches Miles and Gwen about the difficulties of parenting, especially a child of a superhero. Plus if everything goes well in the next movie those skills may be put to use 😯

Peter's He's not wrong about "date night" being an anomaly. I mean him having a child is technically one since he should never have had one but we all know that Miguel's understanding of the multiverses scuffled that best, he doesn't understand how it works at worst.
Let's see, a Spider-Man with a kid, who has his powers (or at least some of them) so probably can't let just anyone babysit said kid. Yeah, he kind of needs Miles and Gwen. Worth the risk to the multiverse. Heck, the kid is probably an anomaly herself since it was an anomaly (Miles) that helped Peter get back with MJ so they could having her. If Peter's universe has lasted this long, pretty sure Miguel is worrying over nothing.
Really hope beyond the spider verse sets them as couple by the end of the movie. And also letting us know what the future upholds for the two of them. Them getting married and having kids like their earth 8 counterparts or they are the earth 8 Miles and Gwen.❤

Imagine this: (addition to the comic btw) So Gwen and Miles are babysitting Peter’s kid this particular night and Gwen is getting really stressed out. Miles tries to calm her down but Gwen just loses it when Mayday comes to her asking for a snack. “MAYDAY JUST DO IT YOURSELF! YOU CAN’T EXPECT ME TO DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU!” Mayday cries at the hearing of Gwen’s harsh voice. “WAHHHHHHHHH!” Miles witnesses this and turns to Gwen. “Gwen, she’s like 5!How could you yell at her like that!” Miles calms Mayday down and puts her in front of the TV and puts on a show. Miles walks back to Gwen. “Gwen, is there something bothering you? Like…you’re not usually this harsh to her. Like at all!” Gwen realizes the magnitude of this situation and suddenly starts to back up in fear. “What did I just do? How could I yell at her! She’s so sweet and cute!” Gwen collapse to the ground in tears, then begins to cry. Miles notices this and sits down on the floor. “Hey, it’s okay! We all get stressed out sometimes. It’s not problem, okay?” Gwen wipes her tears way not showing Miles her weak side. “It’s just…I’ve been more than stressed out. Today…(sighs) is the day I lost Peter…and emotions have just been bubbling up to the surface. And with all this new stuff and stress I just can’t relax and!” Gwen stops herself and sobs uncontrollably, leaning onto Miles shoulder. Miles puts Gwen’s head on his lap and calms her down. “Hey, it’s okay. I’m sorry. I should have known that this was the day of…your loss. I should have let you take the day off today.” Miles strokes through Gwen’s hair, but Gwen doesn’t mind. Gwen feels Miles hand and just closes her eyes with tears streaming down her face. “Miles..your such a good friend, I don’t know what I would do without you…” Miles blushes at the hearing of that. Gwen starts to fall asleep on Miles lap, and Miles feels Gwen’s warmth on him, then shortly falls asleep soon after Gwen falls asleep. They both are on the floor, sleeping, as Mayday is still up late watching TV. Peter Parker and his wife return home, only to find their kid up past midnight watching cartoons and Miles and Gwen fallen asleep on the floor. Part two right away! (Lol in a few minutes actually) Edit: Okay guys Part 2 is here! Lets get to it! Mary-Jane stares at everything, before saying to Peter: “I knew this would happen one day.” Mary then walks to Mayday and picks her up, before walking to her bedroom and putting Mayday to sleep. Peter walks over to where Miles and Gwen are sleeping and shakes them awake. Gwen wakes up, slowly opening her eyes and realizing that she had fallen asleep on Miles’s lap! She instantly gets up at the realization, blushing and staring at Miles, who was still asleep. Peter notices this and smirks. “You like him, don’t you?” Gwen freezes in place at the embarrassment that has come to her. Huh? Who? Me? What? Gwen is still frazzled at Peter’s question. Peter laughs at Gwen’s response. “And that rests my case! You have fallen for the one and only Miles Morales!” Gwen instantly blushes and defends herself! “Hey! I do not like Miles! I mean..I do! But as a friend! Okay? Nothing more!” Peter puts his hands out. “Okay, okay! Case rested! Jeez, teenagers these days.” Gwen grabs her arm in the awkward silence, then decides to clear the air. “Okay, sorry. I’ve just been…moody? Today is the day Peter, well, my Peter Parker…died.” Gwen tries to hold in her tears, trying not to reveal her weak and sensitive side. “And Miles is just someone who can relate to me…he’s a good FRIEND. I didn’t mean to lash out or anything.” Gwen turns herself around hiding her face from Peter as tears stream down her face. Peter senses her sadness and grabs Gwen’s shoulder. Hey, it’s okay, we all feel pain.” Miles wakes up in all the commotion. “Hey, what’s going on? Is everything okay?” Gwen hears Miles, then instantly wipes away her tears. “Um, yeah! Sorry, got a…fly! Yeah a fly, it was in my eye, sorry!” Gwen pretends to rub her eyes to get the “fly” out. “Ahh, there! Finally! Hehehe…” Peter looks at Miles and Gwen. “Well, since you did fall asleep on the floor and let my kid stay up until midnight watching cartoons, I’m gonna have to dock your pay…it’s only fair.” Miles looks at Gwen, then Peter. “Uh, yeah! That’s cool. Sorry for, well you know what.” Gwen looks at the clock. “Wow it’s late! I better get going…I have stuff to do tomorrow.” As Gwen steps out the door, Miles yells out: “Hey! You need me to walk back home?” Gwen looks at Miles. “Uh, that’s fine…i can walk myself….see you later Miles.” Gwen steps put the door and walks away. Miles thinks this is odd, as Gwen and him always go everywhere, but doesn’t think much of it. Miles heads home, but thoughts are rushing through his head. He had always crushed on Gwen, but now his liking for her had taken an ultimate high. Distracted by that, Miles does not notice himself crossing a busy street, causing him to get hit by a speeding car. Miles ends up in the hospital. His parents, Peter, and several doctors enter Miles’s hospital ward. The doctor scrolls through charts. “You are very lucky Mr. Morales. A hit like that could have been fatal. Luckily you got by with a fractured arm and a broken leg. No injuries to the head or spine. I advise resting these next few months as you heal.” Miles’s mom speaks up. “Oh Miles, you need to pay more attention! You could have been killed!” His dad adds on. “I’m so glad you’re okay son.” Miles reassures them that he is fine, but brings one request to the nurse by is bedside. “Could you call Gwen Stacy tomorrow morning? I don’t want to wake her now, here’s her number.” Miles parents leave and go home, while the nights passes by. It is now morning, 7 am to be exact, and Miles wakes up to the noise of someone barging in his hospital ward. It’s Gwen! Gwen rushes to him and starts to cry. “Oh Miles, I came as soon as I got the call! I heard what happened! I feel like this is my entire fault! I should have let you walk me home, but now your here instead lying on a hospital bed seriously injured! I’m so sorry!” Miles stops Gwen from saying anything further. “Gwen, it’s okay. None of this is your fault. Plus, it’s not that bad of an injury, just a broken leg and fractured arm.” Gwen smiles and takes a seat beside Miles’s bed, then holds Miles hand. “You know, I’ve never met anyone like you, Miles Gonzalo Morales.(don’t hate me, I researched this name, I did not make this up)” Miles blushes, then smiles. “Me either..” Part 3 tomorrow! Hey! Part 3 here! Miles and Gwen talk at chat for the entirety of the day, and now it is 9 pm. “Well, the doctor said I’m free to go tomorrow! Can’t wait! I miss my mom’s home cooked meals, the food here sucks!” Gwen giggles and blushes slightly. Miles looks at Gwen and blushes, then starts to think. Should he tell Gwen how he feels? What if she rejects him? If he tells Gwen, will her rejection mess up their building friendship? Miles’s thoughts are racing back and forth. After a small consideration, he finally decides what he is going to do. “Gwen!” Gwen looks at Miles. “Uh, yeah?” Miles gets nervous as he blushes and continues. “Um, I-I think you’re…really great! And…uh…” Miles wonders if he should stop right there. Miles decides that he is not a quitter! “Okay, let me just say it! I like you!” Gwen laughs at Miles’s response. “Miles, of course I like you!” Miles blushes. “Wait, you do?” Gwen smiles. “Duh, we wouldn’t be friends if I hated you, I mean come on! It’s just common sense.” Miles’s smile quickly begins to fade. “No! That’s not what I meant! I mean I like, like you! Gwen, the truth is…I’ve fallen for you…” Gwen stares at Miles in shock. “Oh, you meant that. Uh…” Gwen blushes super hard and imagines herself dating Miles. It’s so far a dream…deep down she knows she has also fallen for him. However, just as her imagination gets good, she suddenly remembers something. In every other universe, Gwen Stacy falls for Spider-Man and dies. (I haven’t watched the new movie, just the first one, so I’m writing this based of what I heard from my friends, google, etc. So if this isn’t right, don’t hate!) Gwen is immediately frightened at the thought of her fate if she likes Miles. Part 4 soon! Part 4 here! When backs up from Miles, looking frazzled. “Uh, I got to go…um, I’ll catch you later?” Gwen tries to give off a smile but ends up running off. Miles stares at the situation and sighs. “What did I do…” Meanwhile, Gwen runs through the busy sidewalk straight to Peter and Mary-Jane’s house and knocks on the door frantically. Peter answers the door in confusion. “Hello? Oh, it’s you! Come in!” Gwen rushes inside and collapses onto the couch. Peter tried to strike a conversation. “So, how’s life been treating you?” Gwen looks at Peter weirdly, then sighs. “Miles..he said….he, uh, liked me…” Peter stares in shock. (Sorry, gotta end now…part 5 soon!) Okay, time to start part 5 lol! “Finally! You have no idea how long I waited for you and Miles to admit that you like each other! (This is where I’ll be posting the rest of my comic!) Gwen doesn’t share Peter’s enthusiasm. Instead, she curls into a ball and buries her head into her knees. Peter doesn’t notice and keeps on going. “Oh man, I’m so happy for you kids! To believe that-“ Peter finally notices Gwen just sitting there, not saying a word. “Hey, why aren’t you happy?” Gwen starts to tear up. “Because, I…left him there. I just said I had to go, and I left. (Starts to get choked up) I didn’t even say goodbye!” Peter smile fades away. “Oh, uh, sorry for getting worked up? I didn’t know.” Gwen wipes her tears away. Peter suddenly becomes curious of something. “Don’t you like him though?” Gwen blushes. “Uhh, maybe? I don’t really know at this point.” Peter responds. “Well, why are you holding back?” Gwen turns away from Peter. “In every other universe, I fall for Miles, and then I…die! Why should I take a chance on him, risking my life for him, and this might not even work out!” Peter looks rather surprised, then decides to support Gwen. “You’re right, this is your life, and this is your choice. I just want to let you know that this isn’t every other universe, and you and Miles might actually work out.” Gwen feels a spark of hope. “Miles is a great guy, you better make your choice quick, because soon he might find someone else.” Gwen tries to take that as an insult, but instead it gave her hope. It gave her inspiration, it gave her the will to go. To go get Miles. “You’re right! I’ll talk to Miles tomorrow. Thanks Peter.” Gwen smiles at Peter, before leaving and walking home. Peter chuckles. “Kids these days, so complicated. Part six soon! Here we go! The next day, Gwen rushes to the hospital. She runs to the receptionist and asks her if Miles is still here. “Miles? Oh Miles Morales? Yes, yes, he is packing up in his room.” Gwen thanks the receptionist and runs to Miles’s hospital ward. Meanwhile, Miles is packing up his belongings. “Ugh, why did I have to say that? Gwen was my only friend, and now she probably wants nothing to do with me!” Frustrated, Miles puts on his headphones and listens to some music. Suddenly, Gwen barges in, looking flustered. Miles blushes at the sight of Gwen. “Oh, uh, hey? Listen, could we just forget about last night, please? I…um, I don’t want to ruin our friendship because of, well, my crush on you- I mean, my, uh…” Gwen just smiles, then runs over to Miles and leans in for a passionate kiss. Miles is surprised and shocked, blushing harder than ever. Then, he slowly closes his eyes and kisses Gwen back. However, Miles’s parents walk in on them kissing. Jeff and Rio are shocked at what they see. “Uh, hello?” Miles and Gwen immediately separate at the hearing of Miles’s parents watching them. Miles, still blushing, greets his parents. “Uh, hi! What are you doing here?” Rio gives Miles a weird look. “We’re here to pick you up, what else?” Gwen stands there, awkward, before replying. “Uhh, I’ll see you later Miles! Bye!” With that, Gwen runs off embarrassed. Miles and his parents are also just standing there awkward. Miles finally breaks the silence. “Uh, I’m just about finished packing, I can meet you guys at the car?” Rio gives Miles a side eye, before replying. “Sure….” She then walks out of the room as Jeff sits Miles down. “So, what was that all about?” Miles blushes profusely, and hesitates to speak, but decides to talk. “Uh, she’s my….friend..” Jeff looks at Miles with a smirk. “Oh really? Then what was that kiss?” Jeff nudges Miles’s arm as Miles groans. “Okay, fine! I may have a teeny tiny itty bitty crush on her, just maybe!” Miles sighs and walks over to a window, and sees Gwen walking down the sidewalk. Miles blushes and smiles slightly, before Jeff interrupts. “Ay man, take the sweater off! It’s 90 degrees out there!” Jeff proceeds to grab Miles jacket, but he quickly backs away. (Okay, idk if Miles told his parents he is Spider-Man, so I’m just going with that he didn’t.) “Hey, don’t touch my jacket! I’m, uh, cold.” Jeff gives Miles a suspicious look, before turning to walk away, but then notices something black and red under Miles’s sweater. “What’s that under your jacket?” Miles face turns white as he tries to hide himself. “Uh, nothing! Just a shirt! Hehe..” Jeff doesn’t believe Miles and starts to get impatient. “Miles, take that jacket off! If it was just a shirt, why are you acting so weird? Huh?” Miles tries to defend himself, but fails, and he slips his jacket off, preparing himself for the chaos about to happen. Jeff stares in shock. “Y-y-you’re Spider-Man?!?!” Just then, Gwen runs into the room. She had forgotten her purse the night before, and went to take it back, but immediately regrets her decision, as Jeff corners Gwen. “D-did you know about this!!! Be honest! I’ll know you’re lying!” Gwen felt the blood drain from her face as she froze, and just then, Rio walked in, raising the chaos and drama. She sees Miles and gasps. Gwen doesn’t know how to react, and decides to reply. Y-yes, I d-did..” Jeff turns to Miles angrily, and Rio yells out. “What is going on!?!? Miles groans again in anger and frustration, then snaps. “See!?!? This is why I didn’t want to tell you! You wouldn’t be able to get it! No one can relate to me, or just be friends with me, except for Gwen! I didn’t want to tell you because you’d be so angry!!!” Miles tears up, but wipes them away quickly. Rio sighs in anger and proceeds to say something. “We’re not mad because you’re Spider-Man, we’re made because you’ve been hiding this from us! We’re your parents! You should be able to tell us everything! How long have you been hiding this from us?!?!” Miles sits down on the bed frustrated, as Jeff adds his opinion. “Also, what does your “friend” have to do with this?” Gwen snaps back to reality and stands up to them. “I do have something to do with this, because I’m also Spider-Man!” With that, Gwen drops her sweater, revealing her Spider-Gwen costume, much to their dismay. “What in the world!?!? No, there can’t be two Spider-men!” Jeff and Rio have a look on their face they never expressed before. Miles speaks up. “Yes, there is. Gwen is from another dimension, and so is Peter B.Parker, Peni Parker, and many others!” Jeff and Rio stand there shocked at what they hear. “W-what… No, I don’t understand…” Miles snaps once again. “I know, you’ll never understand, you’ll never understand me, or Gwen, or all the other Spider-Men out there! Goodbye!” With that, Miles rushes out of there, tears stinging his eyes, as he runs away from the hospital, and to Peter’s place. Gwen also takes off, running after Miles. “Wait, Miles! Don’t go! Slow down!” Miles angrily turns his head, wiping away his tears. “Just leave me alone, Gwen! Don’t follow me, don’t run after me, just leave me be!” Gwen slowly approaches him, confused. “Miles, it’s okay! They’ll get it sometime!” “No, they won’t, they’ll never get it! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!” Miles yells louder than he thinks, scaring Gwen. She jumps back in fright, tripping and falling to the ground. Miles just runs away, and pounds on Peter’s door. “Come on, come on! Open up!” MJ answers the door cheerfully. “Hello? Oh hi Miles! What’s wrong?” Miles wipes his tears off quickly, keeping his cool. “Uh, nothings wrong, is Peter around?” “Yes, he’s in the bedroom. Come on in.” Miles walks in, and rushes to Peter’s room, where he finds him sitting on the bed, reading. “Miles! Hi! What’s up?” Miles feels his head spinning and his legs shaking. “My parents, t-they found o-out! I d-don’t know w-what to do!” Peter turns white, shocked and confused. “What? No, no no no no no no no! How?!?!” Miles groans, then collapses on Peter’s bed. “They saw my suit through my jacket! And worst of all, they found out about Gwen being Spider-Man too! And they saw us kiss! Ugh!” Peter listens, surprised, “Wait, you kissed Gwen?!?!” Miles breathes in and out, trying to calm himself down. “Yes, and they don’t approve of Gwen! What in the world am I going to do!” Meanwhile, Gwen winces at her ankle. She must have twisted it upon tripping, and now she could barely walk. She had a hunch about where Miles could be.
This is honestly adorable and so wholesome! I had this idea in my head with Miles, Gwen, and maybe Pav being babysitters for MayDay just cause it's cute. And I'm squealing from this cuteness! :3

Tbf and honest I’m all for this Gwen x Miles I’m all for it bro they are cute together and who knows maybe them being together when others say they can’t might change everything in the spider verse some bad some good but they will have eachother to get them through making the bond that much stronger
From what I've gather most Spiderman versions are geniuses, and/or know other geniuses who can create tech that is capable of God magic. If that's the case than can't they all come together to find a way to maintain the fabric of reality regardless of anomalies?
Because Miles' plot armor is too impenetrable. Real answer though that's probably going to be part of the next movie. Miguel is not taking his drugs so he's a bit too roudy
The Spidermen also tend to have overly developed guilt and responsibility complexes that tend to make them more at risk of either depression or anxiety. Miguel is currently in panic and guilt mode. He’s being overly cautious and paranoid about what may or may not put the multiverse at risk. Honestly, after what he saw, I don’t blame him. Literally countless people’s lives are on the line. But, he’s definitely got to chill out.
@@coltonwilliams4153 I have nothing else to add but I love this explanation. Miguel probably doesn't want Miles to experience the same trauma he did and probably sees a bit of himself in Miles (that's just my theory though). I do hope they talk everything out and sew a new thread of canon somehow.

Imagine this: (addition to the comic btw) So Gwen and Miles are babysitting Peter’s kid this particular night and Gwen is getting really stressed out. Miles tries to calm her down but Gwen just loses it when Mayday comes to her asking for a snack. “MAYDAY JUST DO IT YOURSELF! YOU CAN’T EXPECT ME TO DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU!” Mayday cries at the hearing of Gwen’s harsh voice. “WAHHHHHHHHH!” Miles witnesses this and turns to Gwen. “Gwen, she’s like 5!How could you yell at her like that!” Miles calms Mayday down and puts her in front of the TV and puts on a show. Miles walks back to Gwen. “Gwen, is there something bothering you? Like…you’re not usually this harsh to her. Like at all!” Gwen realizes the magnitude of this situation and suddenly starts to back up in fear. “What did I just do? How could I yell at her! She’s so sweet and cute!” Gwen collapse to the ground in tears, then begins to cry. Miles notices this and sits down on the floor. “Hey, it’s okay! We all get stressed out sometimes. It’s not problem, okay?” Gwen wipes her tears way not showing Miles her weak side. “It’s just…I’ve been more than stressed out. Today…(sighs) is the day I lost Peter…and emotions have just been bubbling up to the surface. And with all this new stuff and stress I just can’t relax and!” Gwen stops herself and sobs uncontrollably, leaning onto Miles shoulder. Miles puts Gwen’s head on his lap and calms her down. “Hey, it’s okay. I’m sorry. I should have known that this was the day of…your loss. I should have let you take the day off today.” Miles strokes through Gwen’s hair, but Gwen doesn’t mind. Gwen feels Miles hand and just closes her eyes with tears streaming down her face. “Miles..your such a good friend, I don’t know what I would do without you…” Miles blushes at the hearing of that. Gwen starts to fall asleep on Miles lap, and Miles feels Gwen’s warmth on him, then shortly falls asleep soon after Gwen falls asleep. They both are on the floor, sleeping, as Mayday is still up late watching TV. Peter Parker and his wife return home, only to find their kid up past midnight watching cartoons and Miles and Gwen fallen asleep on the floor. Part two right away! (Lol in a few minutes actually) Edit: Okay guys Part 2 is here! Lets get to it! Mary-Jane stares at everything, before saying to Peter: “I knew this would happen one day.” Mary then walks to Mayday and picks her up, before walking to her bedroom and putting Mayday to sleep. Peter walks over to where Miles and Gwen are sleeping and shakes them awake. Gwen wakes up, slowly opening her eyes and realizing that she had fallen asleep on Miles’s lap! She instantly gets up at the realization, blushing and staring at Miles, who was still asleep. Peter notices this and smirks. “You like him, don’t you?” Gwen freezes in place at the embarrassment that has come to her. Huh? Who? Me? What? Gwen is still frazzled at Peter’s question. Peter laughs at Gwen’s response. “And that rests my case! You have fallen for the one and only Miles Morales!” Gwen instantly blushes and defends herself! “Hey! I do not like Miles! I mean..I do! But as a friend! Okay? Nothing more!” Peter puts his hands out. “Okay, okay! Case rested! Jeez, teenagers these days.” Gwen grabs her arm in the awkward silence, then decides to clear the air. “Okay, sorry. I’ve just been…moody? Today is the day Peter, well, my Peter Parker…died.” Gwen tries to hold in her tears, trying not to reveal her weak and sensitive side. “And Miles is just someone who can relate to me…he’s a good FRIEND. I didn’t mean to lash out or anything.” Gwen turns herself around hiding her face from Peter as tears stream down her face. Peter senses her sadness and grabs Gwen’s shoulder. Hey, it’s okay, we all feel pain.” Miles wakes up in all the commotion. “Hey, what’s going on? Is everything okay?” Gwen hears Miles, then instantly wipes away her tears. “Um, yeah! Sorry, got a…fly! Yeah a fly, it was in my eye, sorry!” Gwen pretends to rub her eyes to get the “fly” out. “Ahh, there! Finally! Hehehe…” Peter looks at Miles and Gwen. “Well, since you did fall asleep on the floor and let my kid stay up until midnight watching cartoons, I’m gonna have to dock your pay…it’s only fair.” Miles looks at Gwen, then Peter. “Uh, yeah! That’s cool. Sorry for, well you know what.” Gwen looks at the clock. “Wow it’s late! I better get going…I have stuff to do tomorrow.” As Gwen steps out the door, Miles yells out: “Hey! You need me to walk back home?” Gwen looks at Miles. “Uh, that’s fine…i can walk myself….see you later Miles.” Gwen steps put the door and walks away. Miles thinks this is odd, as Gwen and him always go everywhere, but doesn’t think much of it. Miles heads home, but thoughts are rushing through his head. He had always crushed on Gwen, but now his liking for her had taken an ultimate high. Distracted by that, Miles does not notice himself crossing a busy street, causing him to get hit by a speeding car. Miles ends up in the hospital. His parents, Peter, and several doctors enter Miles’s hospital ward. The doctor scrolls through charts. “You are very lucky Mr. Morales. A hit like that could have been fatal. Luckily you got by with a fractured arm and a broken leg. No injuries to the head or spine. I advise resting these next few months as you heal.” Miles’s mom speaks up. “Oh Miles, you need to pay more attention! You could have been killed!” His dad adds on. “I’m so glad you’re okay son.” Miles reassures them that he is fine, but brings one request to the nurse by is bedside. “Could you call Gwen Stacy tomorrow morning? I don’t want to wake her now, here’s her number.” Miles parents leave and go home, while the nights passes by. It is now morning, 7 am to be exact, and Miles wakes up to the noise of someone barging in his hospital ward. It’s Gwen! Gwen rushes to him and starts to cry. “Oh Miles, I came as soon as I got the call! I heard what happened! I feel like this is my entire fault! I should have let you walk me home, but now your here instead lying on a hospital bed seriously injured! I’m so sorry!” Miles stops Gwen from saying anything further. “Gwen, it’s okay. None of this is your fault. Plus, it’s not that bad of an injury, just a broken leg and fractured arm.” Gwen smiles and takes a seat beside Miles’s bed, then holds Miles hand. “You know, I’ve never met anyone like you, Miles Gonzalo Morales.(don’t hate me, I researched this name, I did not make this up)” Miles blushes, then smiles. “Me either..” Part 3 tomorrow! Hey! Part 3 here! Miles and Gwen talk at chat for the entirety of the day, and now it is 9 pm. “Well, the doctor said I’m free to go tomorrow! Can’t wait! I miss my mom’s home cooked meals, the food here sucks!” Gwen giggles and blushes slightly. Miles looks at Gwen and blushes, then starts to think. Should he tell Gwen how he feels? What if she rejects him? If he tells Gwen, will her rejection mess up their building friendship? Miles’s thoughts are racing back and forth. After a small consideration, he finally decides what he is going to do. “Gwen!” Gwen looks at Miles. “Uh, yeah?” Miles gets nervous as he blushes and continues. “Um, I-I think you’re…really great! And…uh…” Miles wonders if he should stop right there. Miles decides that he is not a quitter! “Okay, let me just say it! I like you!” Gwen laughs at Miles’s response. “Miles, of course I like you!” Miles blushes. “Wait, you do?” Gwen smiles. “Duh, we wouldn’t be friends if I hated you, I mean come on! It’s just common sense.” Miles’s smile quickly begins to fade. “No! That’s not what I meant! I mean I like, like you! Gwen, the truth is…I’ve fallen for you…” Gwen stares at Miles in shock. “Oh, you meant that. Uh…” Gwen blushes super hard and imagines herself dating Miles. It’s so far a dream…deep down she knows she has also fallen for him. However, just as her imagination gets good, she suddenly remembers something. In every other universe, Gwen Stacy falls for Spider-Man and dies. (I haven’t watched the new movie, just the first one, so I’m writing this based of what I heard from my friends, google, etc. So if this isn’t right, don’t hate!) Gwen is immediately frightened at the thought of her fate if she likes Miles. Part 4 soon! Part 4 here! When backs up from Miles, looking frazzled. “Uh, I got to go…um, I’ll catch you later?” Gwen tries to give off a smile but ends up running off. Miles stares at the situation and sighs. “What did I do…” Meanwhile, Gwen runs through the busy sidewalk straight to Peter and Mary-Jane’s house and knocks on the door frantically. Peter answers the door in confusion. “Hello? Oh, it’s you! Come in!” Gwen rushes inside and collapses onto the couch. Peter tried to strike a conversation. “So, how’s life been treating you?” Gwen looks at Peter weirdly, then sighs. “Miles..he said….he, uh, liked me…” Peter stares in shock. (Sorry, gotta end now…part 5 soon!) Okay, time to start part 5 lol! “Finally! You have no idea how long I waited for you and Miles to admit that you like each other! (This is where I’ll be posting the rest of my comic!) Gwen doesn’t share Peter’s enthusiasm. Instead, she curls into a ball and buries her head into her knees. Peter doesn’t notice and keeps on going. “Oh man, I’m so happy for you kids! To believe that-“ Peter finally notices Gwen just sitting there, not saying a word. “Hey, why aren’t you happy?” Gwen starts to tear up. “Because, I…left him there. I just said I had to go, and I left. (Starts to get choked up) I didn’t even say goodbye!” Peter smile fades away. “Oh, uh, sorry for getting worked up? I didn’t know.” Gwen wipes her tears away. Peter suddenly becomes curious of something. “Don’t you like him though?” Gwen blushes. “Uhh, maybe? I don’t really know at this point.” Peter responds. “Well, why are you holding back?” Gwen turns away from Peter. “In every other universe, I fall for Miles, and then I…die! Why should I take a chance on him, risking my life for him, and this might not even work out!” Peter looks rather surprised, then decides to support Gwen. “You’re right, this is your life, and this is your choice. I just want to let you know that this isn’t every other universe, and you and Miles might actually work out.” Gwen feels a spark of hope. “Miles is a great guy, you better make your choice quick, because soon he might find someone else.” Gwen tries to take that as an insult, but instead it gave her hope. It gave her inspiration, it gave her the will to go. To go get Miles. “You’re right! I’ll talk to Miles tomorrow. Thanks Peter.” Gwen smiles at Peter, before leaving and walking home. Peter chuckles. “Kids these days, so complicated. Part six soon! Here we go! The next day, Gwen rushes to the hospital. She runs to the receptionist and asks her if Miles is still here. “Miles? Oh Miles Morales? Yes, yes, he is packing up in his room.” Gwen thanks the receptionist and runs to Miles’s hospital ward. Meanwhile, Miles is packing up his belongings. “Ugh, why did I have to say that? Gwen was my only friend, and now she probably wants nothing to do with me!” Frustrated, Miles puts on his headphones and listens to some music. Suddenly, Gwen barges in, looking flustered. Miles blushes at the sight of Gwen. “Oh, uh, hey? Listen, could we just forget about last night, please? I…um, I don’t want to ruin our friendship because of, well, my crush on you- I mean, my, uh…” Gwen just smiles, then runs over to Miles and leans in for a passionate kiss. Miles is surprised and shocked, blushing harder than ever. Then, he slowly closes his eyes and kisses Gwen back. However, Miles’s parents walk in on them kissing. Jeff and Rio are shocked at what they see. “Uh, hello?” Miles and Gwen immediately separate at the hearing of Miles’s parents watching them. Miles, still blushing, greets his parents. “Uh, hi! What are you doing here?” Rio gives Miles a weird look. “We’re here to pick you up, what else?” Gwen stands there, awkward, before replying. “Uhh, I’ll see you later Miles! Bye!” With that, Gwen runs off embarrassed. Miles and his parents are also just standing there awkward. Miles finally breaks the silence. “Uh, I’m just about finished packing, I can meet you guys at the car?” Rio gives Miles a side eye, before replying. “Sure….” She then walks out of the room as Jeff sits Miles down. “So, what was that all about?” Miles blushes profusely, and hesitates to speak, but decides to talk. “Uh, she’s my….friend..” Jeff looks at Miles with a smirk. “Oh really? Then what was that kiss?” Jeff nudges Miles’s arm as Miles groans. “Okay, fine! I may have a teeny tiny itty bitty crush on her, just maybe!” Miles sighs and walks over to a window, and sees Gwen walking down the sidewalk. Miles blushes and smiles slightly, before Jeff interrupts. “Ay man, take the sweater off! It’s 90 degrees out there!” Jeff proceeds to grab Miles jacket, but he quickly backs away. (Okay, idk if Miles told his parents he is Spider-Man, so I’m just going with that he didn’t.) “Hey, don’t touch my jacket! I’m, uh, cold.” Jeff gives Miles a suspicious look, before turning to walk away, but then notices something black and red under Miles’s sweater. “What’s that under your jacket?” Miles face turns white as he tries to hide himself. “Uh, nothing! Just a shirt! Hehe..” Jeff doesn’t believe Miles and starts to get impatient. “Miles, take that jacket off! If it was just a shirt, why are you acting so weird? Huh?” Miles tries to defend himself, but fails, and he slips his jacket off, preparing himself for the chaos about to happen. Jeff stares in shock. “Y-y-you’re Spider-Man?!?!” Just then, Gwen runs into the room. She had forgotten her purse the night before, and went to take it back, but immediately regrets her decision, as Jeff corners Gwen. “D-did you know about this!!! Be honest! I’ll know you’re lying!” Gwen felt the blood drain from her face as she froze, and just then, Rio walked in, raising the chaos and drama. She sees Miles and gasps. Gwen doesn’t know how to react, and decides to reply. Y-yes, I d-did..” Jeff turns to Miles angrily, and Rio yells out. “What is going on!?!? Miles groans again in anger and frustration, then snaps. “See!?!? This is why I didn’t want to tell you! You wouldn’t be able to get it! No one can relate to me, or just be friends with me, except for Gwen! I didn’t want to tell you because you’d be so angry!!!” Miles tears up, but wipes them away quickly. Rio sighs in anger and proceeds to say something. “We’re not mad because you’re Spider-Man, we’re made because you’ve been hiding this from us! We’re your parents! You should be able to tell us everything! How long have you been hiding this from us?!?!” Miles sits down on the bed frustrated, as Jeff adds his opinion. “Also, what does your “friend” have to do with this?” Gwen snaps back to reality and stands up to them. “I do have something to do with this, because I’m also Spider-Man!” With that, Gwen drops her sweater, revealing her Spider-Gwen costume, much to their dismay. “What in the world!?!? No, there can’t be two Spider-men!” Jeff and Rio have a look on their face they never expressed before. Miles speaks up. “Yes, there is. Gwen is from another dimension, and so is Peter B.Parker, Peni Parker, and many others!” Jeff and Rio stand there shocked at what they hear. “W-what… No, I don’t understand…” Miles snaps once again. “I know, you’ll never understand, you’ll never understand me, or Gwen, or all the other Spider-Men out there! Goodbye!” With that, Miles rushes out of there, tears stinging his eyes, as he runs away from the hospital, and to Peter’s place. Gwen also takes off, running after Miles. “Wait, Miles! Don’t go! Slow down!” Miles angrily turns his head, wiping away his tears. “Just leave me alone, Gwen! Don’t follow me, don’t run after me, just leave me be!” Gwen slowly approaches him, confused. “Miles, it’s okay! They’ll get it sometime!” “No, they won’t, they’ll never get it! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!” Miles yells louder than he thinks, scaring Gwen. She jumps back in fright, tripping and falling to the ground. Miles just runs away, and pounds on Peter’s door. “Come on, come on! Open up!” MJ answers the door cheerfully. “Hello? Oh hi Miles! What’s wrong?” Miles wipes his tears off quickly, keeping his cool. “Uh, nothings wrong, is Peter around?” “Yes, he’s in the bedroom. Come on in.” Miles walks in, and rushes to Peter’s room, where he finds him sitting on the bed, reading. “Miles! Hi! What’s up?” Miles feels his head spinning and his legs shaking. “My parents, t-they found o-out! I d-don’t know w-what to do!” Peter turns white, shocked and confused. “What? No, no no no no no no no! How?!?!” Miles groans, then collapses on Peter’s bed. “They saw my suit through my jacket! And worst of all, they found out about Gwen being Spider-Man too! And they saw us kiss! Ugh!” Peter listens, surprised, “Wait, you kissed Gwen?!?!” Miles breathes in and out, trying to calm himself down. “Yes, and they don’t approve of Gwen! What in the world am I going to do!” Meanwhile, Gwen winces at her ankle. She must have twisted it upon tripping, and now she could barely walk. She had a hunch about where Miles could be.

From what I've gather most Spiderman versions are geniuses, and/or know other geniuses who can create tech that is capable of God magic. If that's the case than can't they all come together to find a way to maintain the fabric of reality regardless of anomalies?

The Spidermen also tend to have overly developed guilt and responsibility complexes that tend to make them more at risk of either depression or anxiety. Miguel is currently in panic and guilt mode. He’s being overly cautious and paranoid about what may or may not put the multiverse at risk. Honestly, after what he saw, I don’t blame him. Literally countless people’s lives are on the line. But, he’s definitely got to chill out.
@@coltonwilliams4153 I have nothing else to add but I love this explanation. Miguel probably doesn't want Miles to experience the same trauma he did and probably sees a bit of himself in Miles (that's just my theory though). I do hope they talk everything out and sew a new thread of canon somehow.
