@@liveXxXLALOXxX They deleted all their social media, even their website. Lolipop Records (which was co-founded and -owned by Shane Stotsenberg, their lead guitarist) removed all their music from their website. They also removed their music from every streaming website as far as I know. All this due to unproven allegations of sexual misconduct against Shane and Julian. Hell, Burger Records shut down entirely because there are allegations against Lee and Shaun, several other bands broke up as well, Matt Taylor of The Growlers is on temporary leave from the Band etc. etc. The whole scene just imploded since the End of July. That's when Mystic Braves also posted a short statement on instagram before deleting their account. As I said, the allegations have not been proven in court yet.
As as far as I am concerned, the presumtion of innocence still stands. On the other hand, shutting everything down because of a social media shitstorm would be a very harsh reaction, if there'd be no truth to those allegations at all. I don't know man...it's a pretty shitty situation, but personally I always seperate the art from the artist and won't stop having a blast listening to their great music.
If you want to hear 2 songs that woul've been on the new record, listen to the "livestream from the freezer" on Lolipop Records' UA-cam Cannel. The last 2 songs are the new ones. Absolutely killer and a total bummer, that we'll never get to enjoy them in studio quality. Fuck.

@@apalator alright man sad to hear and thanks for the info. I actually did hear about allegations on many other bands but didn't know that Mystic Braves were also involved. My other favorite band was The Growlers so I'm dissapointed to hear about the bad things they've done as well but like you said I will also keep listening to their songs because they are amazing but it just won't feel the same knowing of the actions they have been accused of.
