@AppleHead this was one guys student project. The hologram was worked on by dozens of people, and it still looked terrible. All they did was take an impersonator and alter his image a bit. They can do better things now by deep-faking stuff
You could make a whole cartoon outta this. Every episode ends with a song from a concert just like this one (this could seriously end a cartoon...its dope) but he has to help someone before the concert and making it on time is always a close call. Bam. Hit cartoon with hit songs. Kids will love it
Has a cinematic feel to it. I always thought it would be cool to take the technology of today, and make a mj movie where hes a super hero, kinda like the short film moonwalker or captain eo.

This is incredible! The movements look so realistic, especially from the view from the crowd. The only thing I could say is that the pelvic movement seems a bit stiff so to say. But overall a wonderful piece of animation! :D
some movements are funny, very nice details like the stage, instruments, lights and others. the angles are amazing, some moments were very real as the part that appears only the legs turning and distant angles, very interesting, it must have been a lot of work to do, congratulations.
