I am very impressed with Bob Wallace. I have read his bio and how can anyone not be impressed with his accomplishments? He brings a new vision to Baltimore City and has innovate ideas and thinks out of the box. That is what we need in Baltimore, someone with a successful track record both in school and in business. I understand he owns the 7th largest solar power business in America as well as other businesses. He is also a motivational speaker and has traveled the world giving talks in foreign countries.

Do you even live in Baltimore City? Commissioner Harrison is doing a lot with what he was given. Understand that Baltimore City is under a consent decree so its only so much that the police can do. Read the press releases on the US attorney for the State of Maryland and you will see that people are trying to handle crime. Yes the States Attorney has done some questionable things (throw out 800 cases) but local, state snd federal resources are working together to fight crime.

where is all this money coming from to install these bike lanes?? they just closed two rec centers in my neighborhood but we have multiple bike lanes installed on North Ave. 10 people ride bikes in the city but those 10 people are on city council so they are reallocating the money for their own benefit and NOT for the benefit of the people who really need it.
Bike lanes are so cheap to allocate so your argument is invalid. There is a huge community of bikers in Baltimore. If you want people to move to Baltimore and create better opportunities for the community at large, then you have to accommodate biking as a form of transportation.

The two way bike lane are required to have signals. Baltimore Bike lanes have none. Which is a violation of federal law and ADA. If a bike is a vehicle why dont they pay vehicle insurance?? They should not be on the roadway unless everyone is safe including the blind and people in wheelchairs. Baltimore is catering to the Bike community because most bikers are on city council and they are using money for the lanes and not the people who need it.
