Hey you don't have to overlap samples when pitching. With FL 12 you can set the pitching mode to " stretch" and the length will stay the same while pitching :)
Jup I know, but I started this track in 2014, so that wasnt an option yet :) love that stretch mode a lot by the way!!!

1. Can you next go into a track where you discuss kick and bass relationship? (lenght kick vs bass, levels)
2. Can you discuss mastering? --> You slam you track into distortion and put it back untill it doesnt distort anymore?

the point is to make good music, not something complex. Keeping it simple is always the hardest!

At 14:45 you can change the resample mode to stretch mode (by double clicking the sample file and then at right side of the dialogue box opened you can change that) and you won't need to double length the track. 😀

14:49 u can set the mode from 'resample' to 'stretch' so when u pitch the audio clip it isn't stretched n u don't need to double the length n cut self
I made this project in FL11 when that wasnt an option :)

as he said in the video, the pack is called Incognet. Not sure which one exactly because i have an incognet pack but i don't have this glitch sample so I'm assuming that there are different versions kinda like cymatics
