you just got inspiration from lazy creators and that's all, it's only affective because a lot of popular youtubers use this method which just sucks for your overall look of the channel (example: oh look that yter is popular but he doesn't make good edits and stuff he isn't like he was before not editing and working hard on vids)
This episode really showed me some improvements with my creativity when using mechs. I've been stuck c3 and my peak was c3 div 4, but I could never breach that gc barrier. Hope this series continues man gj.
The biggest difference between C3 Div 4 and GC 1 Div 1 is game sense. The second you get into GC you'll see how the game changes into a slower pace. Ie. In Champ 3, a lot of the game is just ball chasing with heavy demo spams, whereas in GC you slow down, take your time on the ball a bit more, and go for the more useful demo plays instead of just spamming them. If you really want to get GC, save a replay where you lost, look at your rotation and find areas where you can let your teammate take over, or where you had possession and could've passed to your teammate. @@OfficialLeaf1

Hey, interesting video. Thanks for making it. Can you try to predict the future while in the game? What I mean is, for myself I would learn how to recognize unfolding situations, if you can real time predict what will happen. Mainly because it would naturally make you explain what you recognize in the moment when you tell us about what will happen next. For example at time stamp 1:39 / 13:06 just after kick off, you decide to go for boost then go for a flip reset. You are able to say what you think you will do, but if you could predict what will happen, then it will help me understand the 'why' because you would tell me what information contributed to the process, and what information you actively looked for in order to adapt to the changing field. I'm not sure if my explanation was clear, but if you need clarity please let me know and I can try again.

The difference between me (champ 2 div 1) and you when it comes to making mistakes is clear as day. Because you have minimal mistakes it makes it look like your mechs and challenges are perfect. I can definitely vouch for the decision making being the things champs should work on the most because its the hardest to train and you need a lot of experience which is something champs dont have. Honestly watching a C3/GC1 play like this is so much more entertaining than watching Pros and SSLs on youtube. It's much more relatable and it teaches me, also in C3/GC1, how to improve much more affectively
I don’t know what normally your rank is, im about gc1 and I feel like the audience you’re more targeting is mechanical players. You seem to disregard good playmaking for air dribbles or flip resets. Like you were saying the lower players find 1v1’s or 2v1’s very difficult so when you leave them back you are no longer making this for the player who wants to solo queue and more for the one with a teammate your own skill level. A lot of the time especially at the start you seemed to be blaming your teammate for their lack of awareness and skill. When the point is to play around your teammate to target their strengths. I hope you could improve to better help those who are looking for it 😊
i have 3 GC titles honestly i was managed to hit these by doing nothing crazy, its mostly just basic shooting and passing with decent enough decision making
I’m doing my best to really adapt to that sort of playstyle but you’re 100% right. Got like 9 titles but they were back on those days where game sense wasn’t too looked at, def correct tho I needa get into that more

My first time hitting GC was before ftp I used to love the game back in the day before epic games took over I remember when I would be at school thinking about how I can get home to play rl I missed trading and playing the game
Those were the best days, it’s really competitive now so I just try to find ways to bring an entertaining or fun aspect back to the game anyway I can :)

Question: Is directional air roll worth learning before champ? I'm a diamond 2-3 right now. I used to play on kbm but I just switched to controller, so I'm a bit sloppy now. I have a small bit of prior feel and knowledge with air roll, but I'm quite an inexperienced player (I have like 4 days of playtime). Should I start learning directional air roll, or is it worth saving it for later?
You could probably go without it for now. You need a strong foundation in aerial consistency first. I'd say progression should be: 1.) consistency hitting basic aerials with minimal rolling 2.) making adjustments in the air with some rolls 3.) air dribbles with some basic air rolls 4.) all the above with air roll/directional air roll. I got to GC prior to free to play without directional air roll, but people in lower ranks are adapting to mechs quicker now it seems. Get in some aerial training packs it'll make a world of difference, learning to jump off walls and try to stay in the air while air rolling will help a ton with aerial control too

My ps4 controller only lasted a year before I had to replace because of stick drift. Had my ps5 controller for 2 years now and it’s just starting to get stick drift at .05 dz. I’m sure mileage will vary, but that’s my experience ps4 and ps5 controllers

I don't want to spread hate but this isn't really what a guide to Gc should look like. You are a very mechy player who's way over the top for mid champ ranks. People in 1500 don't have the mechanics you have.. me included. Fundamentals on the other hand looked a bit inconsistent and that's really the key to climbing if you ask me. Don't take this as hate pls you're a good player.
I personally felt like in episode 4 I took it down some and tried playing more simple, it’s hard to adapt to a less mechy playstyle but I’m doing my best, ty for the comment tho❤️

Champs arent that great or advanced at the game. You can have mechanics, you can have rotation, but being able to control the field and slow down/speed up the plays at the right times, being able to predict whats going to happen on the pitch and everything all just comes from playing a lot and good experience. Just keep playing a lot and put more time into ranked and you'll see the improvements. Get in some aerial training packs it'll make a world of difference, learning to jump off walls and try to stay in the air while air rolling will help a ton with aerial control too

Hey man was wondering how the ps5 controller feels, I’m looking at upgrading my Dualshock 4 but haven’t decided yet.
Ill tell you like how I tell most people because honestly I haven’t had it long enough to tell (the newer model at least) but lowkey i love the ps5 controller, feels nice in the hands once you get used to it. I've noticed that the ps4 controllers get sweaty and slippery EASILY from your hands but the ps5 one does a decently good job of preventing sweat. I love how comfortable it feels maybe its just my big hands but its still an amazing controller after youve gotten used to it. I feel a lot more controlled now.

yo i noticed the ps5 controller overlay, in your opinion which one is better: ps4 or ps5 controller because ps5 one looks mad bulky and fat but i haven’t played it on before, is it good?
My ps4 controller only lasted a year before I had to replace because of stick drift. Had my ps5 controller for 2 years now and it’s just starting to get stick drift at .05 dz. I’m sure mileage will vary, but that’s my experience ps4 and ps5 controllers

I don't want to spread hate but this isn't really what a guide to Gc should look like. You are a very mechy player who's way over the top for mid champ ranks. People in 1500 don't have the mechanics you have.. me included. Fundamentals on the other hand looked a bit inconsistent and that's really the key to climbing if you ask me. Don't take this as hate pls you're a good player.
I personally felt like in episode 4 I took it down some and tried playing more simple, it’s hard to adapt to a less mechy playstyle but I’m doing my best, ty for the comment tho❤️

Champs arent that great or advanced at the game. You can have mechanics, you can have rotation, but being able to control the field and slow down/speed up the plays at the right times, being able to predict whats going to happen on the pitch and everything all just comes from playing a lot and good experience. Just keep playing a lot and put more time into ranked and you'll see the improvements. I'm going to start going much much more in depth on my tiktok page (www.tiktok.com/@nickdidthat_) and hopefully I can help you find what your doing wrong!
