The whole point is to tranfer the mycelium from the agar to the grain jar. If mycelium required reading light it wouldnt grow in the dark under the earth. I suggest getting your info on Mycology from some place else.

I'm about to take a crack at growing lions mane, I was wondering if anyone's used red rye wheat like Wheatgrass seeds to grow lions mane?
I’d rather grow psilocybin and make money
