Sings incredible rock and ballads, is a composer in both Korean and Japanese and is handsome, also has a brand of clothing that is doing well, a book of nail art in the first places of sales, is radio dj and is free soul, practically Hongki fulfilled all his dreams and in all has gone well, agr I envy him lol
Lmao, everyone being like "They faking playing the instruments?!?!?!" No, they are playing the instruments, just not plugged into amps and the drums don't have mics attached. I'm a drummer and it's impossible to fake playing the drums, trust me, and it's pretty damn hard to fake playing guitar and bass so well, my band attempted to do it as a joke and you just look completely dumb.

FTSLAND is such an encourage and brave group to breakdown the cliche of Kpop industry which is focusing more on dance group, ballad and pop band..They willing to be criticize by most of Kpop fan and Korean society in order to persuade their real rock interest in different level of music arrangement and rock diversity. I respect their hard work and honesty in music and personality by being themselves not as an IDOL but as a MUSICIAN. Hoping for all the best and wishing them to entering the European music industry later on since they still young and had improve in English a lot.
Just come here from their 'wind' performance omg. totally different songs that both slay in their own ways. THIS everyone THIS is stage presence. this was like their own concert not a music show. they freaking took control of that stage and owned it :)

i love the new direction that ftisland has been going musically with their recent comebacks. the songs are really good and hongki's voice really fits with this kind of rocker sound (also his hair is really great too ^^) i just wish they could find an audience for this genre in s. korea the way they have in japan. the japanese market is so much more open in terms of musical diversity than s. korea - in s. korea it's very restrictive - you have to fit into a certain box musically in order to be popular

They are just so talented, and Hong-gi has such an amazing voice! I love how passionate they are about their music, and how into the songs they get. It is so awesome to watch, and just hits me even harder 'cause you know the words ring true with them as much as they do with you.
If you haven't heard it yet, their song The One is entirely in English! It's one of their earlier songs (when Wonbin was still in the band) and it was a Japanese release, but it's a really nice song! You can find the MV on their official JP UA-cam. But it'd definitely be great to have a fully English song with this hard rock sound.
There's also Hit the Sands and Shiawa Theory (English Version). They're both on Japanese releases. :-) But a hard rock english release?? Please, please, please!! :-)
