I remember the early 2000s watching FOX 11 on the weekends. I remember it would be Fox Box on Saturday mornings when they used to air cartoons. Then at noon it would go to infomercials until 3PM. Then at 3-5 PM it would air I love Lucy. That’s how I remember watching FOX 11 on the weekends. Haha yes that Viacom V of Doom logo shown after the I Love Lucy used to scare people. Great times.
Thank you for uploading this, I only rarely saw this because my local Fox station used to cut it off as well as other stations that had this show and made it so I missed out on the older versions of it and the pinball.
It happens. Somewhere around in 2004 the V of Doom Viacom logo was removed after the credits, and the logo hasn't revived since then. So if you watch I Love Lucy nowadays, you can see that it lacks the Viacom logo after the credits.
WFLD Fox 32 Chicago cut off the logos after the credits. Some had the the logos but it cuts off during the first three seconds of the logos. Some Fox stations does that.
KTTV started get newer prints of "I Love Lucy" in 2006, all of which were directly from "Nick at Nite" back in the 90s. So that's why the Viacom logo is no longer shown. I can tell because, they featured the "CC: Closed Captioned" logo on the right of the title sequence and if you put on the closed captioning on your TV, it would read "Captioned By: The U.S. Department of Education and Nickelodeon" at the beginning or the ending of the show.
I remember the Superman episode. But I saw that one on Nick at Nite so it didn't have the V of Doom. I remember seeing it on TV for the first time on The Twilight Zone. I was laughing my ass off!!
0:48 I Love Lucy is a Desilu production. Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz will be back next week at the same time.
"I Love Lucy is a Desilu production."
*V of Doom jumpscares you*
"I love my job!"
Awwwww grew up watching re-runs of I Love Lucy on Fox 11 as a kid in the 90's, good times.
Same here. Til the 00’s if I could recall. Good ol fox 11. Kept me entertained from AM To PM when we did not had cable.

Why were the credits cut off? Too bad most TV stations that feature this show have already done that.

This episode came off Lucy Meets Twins Of Her
Episode from 1952
Now that's called plastering!
Viacom was linked to Desilu
This looks like it’s from 2000
I can tell because the culinary arts commercial and the American Career College (ACC) commercial at the end of the video was modernized at that time.
Season 4, I imagine?
