Looks very good! Was hard to see the process (white on white) but I've watched you make things so much I could basically follow what you were doing! Like the finished colors!
You are absolutely the most amazing and creative person. I've been having a hard time embracing my artistic talents lately. Mostly in a block, at the moment. You've inspired me, thank you so much darling.
loved this !! really love masquerade masks in general. i was in party city the other day and was tempted to buy some but i think i will just make my own:). will have to give this one a go
Wow -- that is an innovative way to create the mask, and certainly it helps being artistic paint-wise heh, and the result is beautiful. thanks for posting and have a Jabba-sized thumbs up! :-D
This was like, fascinating to watch. I'm curious, you use hot glue so much, how often do you burn your fingers doing these projects? Lol, I don't know about the rest of you, but I burn the crap out of my fingers every time I have to use hot glue.
Hi Klaire! I love your work so much! I've been watching you're videos for four years now I believe, and I'm still as in love with your videos as when I first watched them. I love you're DIY's especially! I was wondering though if I would be able to create this leaf mask without having a cast of my face, and if so what kind of surface would be best for making the mask? Thank you for your lovely videos!
Wow what an amazing mask! I was wondering how do you do so that they don't need any stings or things to get attached, they just seem to hold when you place them, this must be the head cast but even with one I couldn't get to make masks that hold on without nothing... How do you do?
Do you ever get the chance to wear all the masks that you've made? Great idea to use baking moulds, will remember that for making details in the future!
This is a great tutorial. Do you make headpieces as well to match something like this? Im a photographer and love to shoot artistic portraits, I found that i cannot find anyone to pay to make these so i might as well learn on my own. Besides its more fun as opposed to waiting on someone else. So for me a matching headpiece might be a crown of sorts or maybe something more elaborate. Thanks
This is honestly so beautiful and creative. Did you make a mould of your face first? Also, does the mask stick to your face well when wearing it, or do you secure it with some skin safe glue? I love it, I want to give it a try!
