Me and my mom went out to eat and average price cost $75 for 2's and that just 1 dish each, lol. Went to a Korean place and had Bulgogi $22 and Galbi $28. We'd ordered a few more dish and I'd ended spending $124 and sum change. I'm glad to be back in, Thailand, though are currently in my first day of quarantine today 21st Oct., and 6 more days to go, lol. Just want to say loved your videos. I watched it in the U.S and it helps me feel like I'm kind of still in, Thailand. I thought, Gift wasn't gonna dance at the end, lol...if she ever stopped dancing, I will stop follow the post, lol. .
Good work on the Tabien Baan and ID card. I got mine many years ago but the cost of the Tabien Baan was 20 Baht and the ID was 60 Baht. The documents needed cost me about 1500 Baht for translations and certifications (birth certificate, passport.) Enjoy the holiday at the beach.

As an American looking to relocate I must decide if Thailand, The Philippines, or Malaysia would be superior? I'm looking to attain a significant age gap relationship with a woman in her 20s to 40. From what I have heard Malaysians are the most reasonable while Filipinas are emotionally the most sincere. I think Thai women are the most attractive. I'm not rich though I could easily afford building a house like yours with the intent of leaving my girlfriend with a safe place after I am gone.
The problem of the Philippines are not girls, but all the rest. Unless you are interested only in nature, or living into the wild, the quality of life (food, hotels, restaurants, public transport, safe) you can have in Thailand is much higher than the Philippines. Another country you might look at for retirement could be Vietnam.

Hi Joe, sorry but a question out of left field. Are there many shark attacks in Thailand? So many beaches and water, may be not so many swimmers though. Australia seems to get a fair share every year and mostly tourists or surfers.
We emailed JJ over a month ago about our interest in purchasing an investment property at Rocky Point, and also about building our dream home in Prachup, but we never received any reply from him :-( Understandable, as I'm quite sure he is overwhelmed with requests.
Gift and I will hopefully do another video on Rocky Point soon and provide all that info. Unfortunately this week and next week we are busy with Gift getting her drivers license and medical appointments etc.

Tried to get a yellow book 20 years ago the government was not good to farang back then told , No.
