The same Asian chick who was asking the officers for some direction @0:20 aboard the bus without a valid ticket and got fined how funny is this video 😂😂🤣
"The officer will start an investigation." He is just going to ask why you dont have a ticket, write down your info and send you to court, not much of an investigation really.
@JOHN READ MY STORY HAPPENED ON 30-APRIL-2019 @ 9:00 AM WHAT SHOULD I DO AS PER YOUR KNOWLEDGE ? CAN ANY ONE HELP ME TO ACT LEGALLY ? STEP THE EXACT PROCEDURES.
Emagine they try to charge u even when u have a transfer on ur presto then an hour or so later ur transfer expires and u forget to tap, so u tap after the bus. Is that person forgiven?
Some of them can be incredibly rude though for example I am 15 and I take the yrt yo go to school but once their machine wasn’t working so I decided to pay at the end but this officer decided to exercise her power onto me by being incredibly rude even though I had evidence of the machine being broken and when I reported her the operator was like our officers are trained so they know better than you but after getting to talk with her boss I managed to get her a warning but um guys be careful generally YRT folks are not as nice as the people over at the TTC.
I’ve had to deal with these clowns 3 times! Once where my ticket expired (was given a $150 ticket) and twice where my presto card didn’t register a tap (both times given a ticket). All 3 times, they pulled me off the bus to address the “offence”. They won’t even let you pay for your fare if it’s an error, they treat everyone as an offender
@@ejaecul8 they said it’s a liability issue. So you would have to essentially be able to prove unequivocally that you paid your fair. Which you wouldn’t be able to by virtue of you being fined. Then, when you eventually lose, you actually end up paying more in fines when it’s over
I've never seen a YRT Enforcement officer in my life.
Same
They don’t come on the bus hardly it’s mostly on viva. I’ve seen them 3 4 times on the bus and that’s it
Maybe they're ninjas! 😀

You are not reading my story completely. I know what he can and he can not do... okay ! But he did worst then worst.
There is huge difference between official procedure and RACISM/Discrimination !
So we raised your fares by $1 per trip to pay for this. Oh we forgot to tell you

So this is bylaw only? As these appear not to be special constables, or are they?

Or maybe you should just stop committing fare evasion?
Did you fight them in court or plead guilty?
@@ejaecul8 the first time I fought. Waste of time. Do the early resolution and accept responsibility, get the ticket reduced
@@Matt-nw2te if you dont mind, could you explain what happened when you fought it?
