all setting set to very low, and the resolution scale is at 80%

Yo did you change your controller deadzones if so what settings are you using

Steering Deadzone inside > 5%
Steering Deadzone outside > 100%
Throttle Deadzone inside > 0%
Throttle Deadzone outside > 100%
The brake deadzone same as throttle
Steering linearity > 0%
and the rest is default. Hope it helps :)
