I know that when you use Gmail, that system does not use folders at all and it uses labels, thus it will keep copies in both locations. But, Yahoo does not do that. Years ago I made folders and the emails went straight to the right folder. Now they just go to my inbox and I have to do this. Is there a way for them to automatically go to the folder I want them in like before?

Many thanks!!! Good question! Click on the DOCUMENTS bin under folders on the left side bar, the system already has a listing of all attachments from your emails. You can either sort from oldest to newest. Hope this helps!
The only way you can send the folders is by using an email system like Microsoft Outlook to download your email. Then you can choose the specific folder to save as a pst file where you’d be able to send to someone.
