In today's Fortnite tips and tricks video, we're talking all about ranking up fast in Fortnite ranked mode during Chapter 5. Fortnite ranked mode was recently reset and players are scrambling to figure out how to rank up fast in Fortnite ranked mode, and reach unreal rank in Fortnite Chapter 5. To reach unreal rank in Fortnite, or just rank up fast in ranked mode, you'll be able to do this more effectively if you understand the ranked system, play the right gamemode for Fortnite ranked, and optimize your playstyle in Chapter 5 Season 1. This video is meant to cover all that, and by the end of it, once you use all these Fortnite ranked tips and tricks, you should be able to rank up fast in Fortnite ranked mode, possibly even reaching the coveted unreal rank in Fortnite Chapter 5. Nah definitely not I agree with Teckoh. Once you get in the higher ranks like champ you’re not gonna wanna camp otherwise you’ll only gain 1% per game even if you get top 5. I love bushcampdad cause it makes sense for his situation he just does work while gaming, but for people who want to rank up fast and consistently you need to actually be improving too

I feel like the only thing holding me back from having really consistent games is just dying in the dumbest ways, it's always either 3rd parties, snipers, or people camping till I kill the boss or get into vault. I just feel like just can't take fair fights this season.

i always land at small spots loot up get full hp and don't fight until maybe 30 players remaining you rank up really fast doing this and sometimes bad players will go to your drop and you can get a free kill

Im kind new to fortnite, ive been playing for two months now , and i just started playing ranked games a few days ago, i was placed in bronze 3 and now im in platinum 3. I would like to hit elite or even unreal, but that wishful thinking. lol I like to play aggressive in the beginning because those are the hardest fights in game, then a dialed it down a little as the game progresses.
I play aggressive early then passive for placement to ensure I gain rank
Tips from someone in champion this season, early game fights are purely 50/50. Land somewhere where you can get decent loot and not have to fight more than one or two people off spawn and focus towards fighting towards the end game once you have loot and plenty of material. End game kills count more than early game. If you need to practice fighting play creative zone wars or box fights. Ranked is more strategy than just w keying everyone, unless you’re a peterbot or mr savage level player which 99.9% of us are not.

Hey man, I have heard multiple people say that getting Forecast Tower and capturing the floating island give extra percentage. Is it true? As I can't find anything about it anywhere
Please let me know if you find anything on this, ive also heard that unlocking combat cashes and the train chest gives you percentage as well, but it doesn't seem like much based on my experience, if any at all

Hey I won with all medallions because there was 4 people left and I killed someone and got 4 medallions then the next kill I got the last one then I rotated into zone and killed the final player
I'm stuck in elite and I'm 130 ping 60 fps bcz in south africa we don't have servers so we play 120-200 ping but my 120ping friends are in unreal so I'm just stuck in elite 😭

I’m not even gonna lie I have boosted in skill and shot up 2 ranks higher than I have ever gotten even tho the ranked is harder this season
The game mode definitely matters. Solo is the worst game mode to play on ranked, I’m in platinum 2 and I won with 7 kills and only got 8%🤷♂️.
How do you have 0 ping in ranked when I'm fixated on 40-60
When playing ranked you need to make smart decisions e.g prssuring a guy or third partying

the one thing i struggle with is being good at the game
play SUPER passive. not bush camping but staying on the outskirts of zone. land at at the radar near classy courts, get the boss then you should just wait for end game. try to rack up at least 2 kills in end game to have a solid +30%
The more you play, The better you get! Just play and you'll get better over time!
play unranked, box fights and zone wars until you finally thing your good enough for ranked.
