Maybe parliament should change it from Question Period to Question and Answer Period so Justin and company know that when they are asked a question, they have to give an answer. Now it clearly appears that the Liberals think that it is Question and Bragging Period.
That would be great but have you ever tried to write a Liberal MP or MPP? I would be more successful getting water out of a stone than an answer related to my question. My MPP is the longest "serving" member in the Ontario legistature. One would think that in all those decades, he would have taken the time to answer one question but he likely thinks that he is above representing his constiuents.

The speaker should force the liberals to give adequate answers to the questions asked. All Trudeau gives is general statements on the liberal viewpoint, which is useless. Any MP's that refuse to give proper answers should be forced to forfeit their seat in parliament. Only then would there exist true transparency in government.

The answer to the last question about carbon tax is NONE! there is no study establishing a clear correlation between a carbon tax and emissions reduction. Even years of running it in BC cannot show such a correlation.
We are not well served when our elected representatives can't get answers from our government.

We, the taxpayers pay these people's salaries. Why we allow them to sit-around and scream at each other, instead of getting things done, is beyond me. It's like watching a kinder-garden recess on the playground.
Why ask them important questions. You know you won't get an answer. Your just wasting your time and getting frustrated. Turn the tables on them. Waste their time and frustrate them. Ask silly and stupid questions. How was your drive in? What did you have for breakfast?. What size are the tires on Justin's plane? How was McKennas ride in on her bike?
When they ask or complain about the stupid questions, You may as well because the answer you get for the important questions mean about the same as the stupid ones.
The truth can be hateful and iffensive to those who dont want to hear. Love this saying.
Ask your toddler at home. The answer you get will have more meaning and fact. Not only that, it will be a truthful answer. Trudeau gives the title shady politician a whole new meaning.

When I worked in government I once had a cabinet minister tell me that QP was a time when stupid questions were asked and stupid answers given. I told him that the public policy value of QP is that the government is always worried about the question that they know should be asked.
