It's amazing how many people ignore this completely. I'm watching someone just burn through grants being unsuccessful time after time to rehabilitate this piece of land so it can sustain itself again...too many just plain dumb ill thought moves to enumerate, and zero thought for what might actually naturally work out in that space if you plop the right things in the way of it.
