In my limited experience with liquid manure application, dairy typically uses a drag line because of the amount of gallons required. Or as you suggested using semi tankers to haul.
That Houle only steers the front and rears unless they changed it on newer models. I used to pull one with a 933 Fendt. We had spread pans instead of injection knives on them. We usually put 10,000 gallons per acre on roughly. Sometimes 20,000 on corn ground.
Those front and rear axles actually lift up when empty as well. But he stopped running those tankers because the DOT was on his ass about them. One of them got pulled over and weighed and it was over 156,000lbs.
Is that possible within farm sim or does it convert it to chaff? I’ve never tested it but boy that would make my hay work way easier bale work is the most tedious job to me
Most people in my part of Wisconsin chop hay instead of bale it, store it into silos, bags or trenches, mainly feed haylage and silage for main ingredients, I don’t know many people near me that bale hay for dairy cows.
You could use maize plus. That gives u a more realistic feed ration and also makes grass silage separate from corn silage. Gives way more possibilities for tmr mixes. Very realistic for a dairy.
Finally getting ready to make the jump from fs19 to fs22. Do you have a list of mods that you’re using in this save game? This is definitely going to be my first map savegame.
@@kylesatterfield3043 this kinda answers my question for truck mods that big rig is sweet, can’t wait for this map as well love the content so far on it! I’ll have to retire elk creek when this comes!
@@Tier1American I didn’t play fs19 unfortunately heard a lot of good about the seasons mod specially with the cows. Last one I played before 22 was 15 😵
I tried this and couldn't get it working but maybe I need to take another look because I definitely overapplied in some areas. Will look into this more closely for next episode!
i watched some of the first videos on this map and i was wondering what the mod is called how you can automatically unload the hay bales from the baler????

We typically top apply with the broadcast off of these tankers

You could put the lime in pallets
I would definitely switch to chopping grass. It’s a lot more realistic than baling hay on large dairies like this one and a lot easier

How would you store it (realistically) if you did that?

@@KederkFarmsu just dump it on the ground then cover it in plastic so in fs u just dump in bunker silo

I would consider getting a snow blower for winter. The dirt roads are not cleared by the AI.

I do! It's posted in my Discord Server.

I recently made that jump and overall very happy but I really miss a lot of those features FS19 Seasons had.

Love that spreader!! Where's it from?
There is a setting to custom apply nitrogen for a certain crop type in the help window

That's a function of the baler. It's part of the Vermeer DLC
@@KederkFarms ok thank you
Great video! enjoying both series realy well
Where did you get the lime trailer hooked up to the semi? Or is it private?
Does CP stop now, when the tanker is empty? I remember a couple of month ago, I had the problem that CP kept going, with an empty tanker.
Where's the pro force mod from? I've been looking!

I'm not sure if 22 is the same but in 19 you can set a worker to haul slurry and set it so it can pull slurry out of your pit instead of buying it
The biggest version in real life is a 10500 gallon
Can you do a video on how to get umrv because the game will not show that I have it when I try to do a game but shows it in my downloads
You need to wash that tractor off, it is not going to smell very good.
Ehhh kederk
The amount of additional fertilisation you get from using slurry as fertiliser just isn't worth it. It's more cost effective to just sell the slurry.
