Does the paper have to be thick? My paper is short does it need to be a specific paper? Cuz mine wont bounce an inch it literllay just sits there i tried like A Million times still nope

Yes it's better to use thicker paper - something like construction paper. Not copy paper.
If you only have thin paper I guess you could use multiple sheets.

If I had to guess, I think he made his out of origami paper. It looks think though so i’m not all that sure. I think that any paper should work fine though if you use it right.
