It looks a lot better than the Gryphon i had. In fact anything was better!, out of the box it didn't work. Give it time for the dust to settle & i may get one of these. The 18650 battery is a bonus.

Hi James, the contrast can be adjusted in the unit - from 1-10 - so you can set it for your preference.
