- Today we explore downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. We walk around the waterfront and then head down central. This is mostly a downtown St Petersburg tour. We also did several other travel guides across the Tampa Bay Area including Tampa, Clearwater and even as far south as Sarasota! If you love Florida then you should check those out also.

I really love all of these areas on the Gulf Coast! Just beautiful! Such a mellow vibe!
My hometown ❤️
As usual just like how you describe the places mixed with it's history
I can't tell you how much I would appreciate it if you would do a video on BOCA. Thanks!
I live real close to Hawkers & Ferg's in the Edge District. During games Ferg's is packed with people watching the games on TV's. I love St Petersburg. Great video. Night life on Central Avenue is more lively with people at the tables in front of all the incredible restaurants & bars when it's not raining.
i wouldn’t necessarily say the rain cools it down in the summer, it just makes it more humid and muggy 😉 but this was a great video showcasing all of the awesome spots of st pete! it’s changed a lot over the years for sure!
The best thing I did was leave this city its nothing to do boring, I live in Hallandale Beach which is next Miami and Hollywood Beach the night life is amazing and its always some were to go and enjoy yourself
Hi! I would love to see your top picks for Florida. I went to Destin Florida after watching your video. I'm a solo female traveler.
Saygılar sevgiler island hopper beyenildiniz bu güzel video ile
Excellent video! Captain Hollywood project brought me here 🤪
Awesome video! Not sure if you’ll see this but when would you consider the end of spring break?
I consider St. Pete part of Central Florida. And yes, they do get hit with hurricanes and tornadoes. Hurricane Irma hit the area in September a few years ago. Residents evacuated, those who could. When I returned home, electricity had been off for days, billboards were shredded by high winds, and many large tree limbs were downed, and had to be cleaned up. When tropical storm ETA hit in Nov. 2020, my North Shore neighborhood flooded. Residents hauled water-damaged goods to the street corner, and called ServiceMaster Co. to wet vac ground level of home and garage. St. Pete has many museums beside Chiluly and the Art museum north of the Pier entry. Many street art murals are spray painted along Central Avenue businesses and back alley buildings, better seen during the day, of course. As you are aware, St. Pete has a very walkable downtown. Glad you enjoyed your visit. TY for posting.🏖️☀️
No hurricane as made a direct hit in Tampa Bay for about 100 years. Because of where we are situated on the West Coast east of the mouth of Tampa Bay and the coastline storms tend to pass by us. But it has to do more with the direction that the warm gulf stream currents turn and the counterclockwise direction of hurricanes.
St Petersburg in Florida is a great location to visit - it's right on the sea, there's a thriving art community, there are loads of outdoors nature reserves, and plenty of delicious restaurants.
Gulf*

“Nice pink hotel over there.” That’s the Vinoy.
Do Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale
Nah! they don't compare to Tampa Bay, especially St. Pete
@@ashleysullivan3411 neither does Lakeland and Winter Heaven yet he still did them anyway
@@phineas626 , Newbies don't know any better I am a native Floridian born in Tampa Bay, Pinellas side. People that moved here 5yrs ago don't know what it was like and haven't seen that transition. Pinellas is old school custom housing and eclectic middle class neighborhoods with old growth tree canopies which I like. These northerners don't have a choice with these baron, cookie cutter, vanilla housing subdivision's. Everything looks shiny and new but they don't age well. Well its just plain ugly to me. Plus They are not laid out very well. Highways running right next to your house not cool. No, beaches inland and doesn't seem quaint and local just more commercial. Tampa Bay's has two small big cities if that makes any sense

@@apatriot1762 , he's a bully and weak. Not trying to solve real problems like affordable housing and sky high insurance rates, transportation. No he spends his time trying to gin up culture wars with folks like you. Betcha you weren't even born here
