We all love heavy FFAK, but my god the cleans on this song is great. Can we just all tell them we want an album that is a mix of the last and this more clean vocal focus as well? lol

They went for a very safe metalcore song and it surpriseingly fits them incredibly well. Ryan has a very metalcore voice, with his uncleans but also his cleans that really fit the style. Idk, man, the next singles got something difficult to top.
I totally agree: it is hard to top Dark Skies. This song is good, a little long to me, but catchy and moving. Dark Skies is the album that brought me back into metalcore and just listening to a bunch of bands. One of the albums that hit me right in the heart.
Me personally, I think Slave To Nothing is their best album. I'm more of a fan of their older stuff including Creation/Destruction. Their newer stuff is not bad by any means. it's actually pretty good but I personally don't care for the "overproduction" for lack of a better term. Still love FFAK but yeah that's just my take on it.
