It is also a song about keeping the faith in very tough situations. I will be seeing FFAK in OKC next month for the 2nd time. I cannot wait and I hope I cant walk after the show. Part of the similarity to Phinehas that you picked up on early in the song is likely due to Daniel Gailey, the guitarist for FFAK, Phinehas, and Becoming the Archetype.... which is kinda crazy considering Phinehas just released an album like a year ago and now both FFAK and Becoming the Archetype are releasing an album soon. Man's been hella busy

I was so happy to see new FFAK music show up. I was instantly into this band when I first heard Dark Skies, so I am loving this new stuff that embodies their heavier material.
I got Louder Voice and Phineas vibes too. Monster chorus, filthy track. I’m loving all these new songs coming out. Beartooth, ADTR, the past two from Fit For A King.
we had reaper hit us with some insanely heavy stuff, now we have End hitting us with the more melodic and emotional side of the band, my hype for this album is insane
