  • Hello! Today's video is agility drills for volleyball players and volleyball full body strength training to get strong. We start off with some mobility and activation, then move into some low level plyos for volleyball, change of direction for volleyball, and then some agility drills for volleyball. The agility drills are all in response to a call, and they work on lateral change of direction into sprinting or backpedaling. The volleyball strength training is full body strength training working to build strength and really get you strong. We do heavy lifting but also incorporate some power movements to keep our bodies firing fast. Hope you enjoy!
