Sorry you have come home with a sore throat! Glad you enjoyed your few days in lovely Edinburgh which is a favourite city of mine! I knew you would cave in when the Toft Advent came out. Just enjoy your Advents Jeanette and don’t stress about them! Life is very short so we must make the most of it xx

You did Finley so quick. I'm still on my first one. Just add you paper crafting on to the end of your videos. If people aren't interested they can switch off. It's not my thing but I'd probably watch it as I sat and crocheted. Enjoy your videos thank you

I hope you feel much better soon Jeanette. I am following you will be visiting ,my son in Edinburgh next week and after that I will be visiting my late husbands daughters in London. He was consultant at the Royal Free and had his private practice which I ran in Harley Street. We had the best of times there a flat overlooking the river. I have just finished Cassandras Sammy bear which will be off to Disney Paris tomorrow. with the family. Take care Hilary x

I'm glad you enjoyed Edinburgh apart from your "mucky" accommodation. If you're planning to make Bramble a dress from the book you'll need to enlarge the pattern pieces. I have downloaded the templates from the David and Charles website, they are the book publisher, and then print them through Adobe at 135% ❤
Isn’t it just the way it is … finally get away and then wham get sick 🤧. Get better soon! BTW I sure many of us that watch you are multi crafters and we get inspiration for what we create from many different sources. If it makes sense, eases the load and keeps us together (i.e. you making episodes that we get to watch 😄) then by all means combine everything. I for one would love it. My wackiest fabric project was a confetti quilt. Look it up. Can you imagine cutting up fabric into a billion tiny pieces and “painting” with them 🤪. Believe me, I needed to pull inspiration and courage to finish it from many sources. Mind you, I don’t think I will ever do another one. Happy holiday planning!
Salt water gargle will take your pain away in your throat. The salts water coats the tongue and mouth and loosens the mucous and helps with inflammation. It may also get rid of the virus or bacteria that is causing your sore throat. The simple old fashion remedies are the best 😊

Hi Jeanette, sorry your Air'b'n'b didn't live up to expectations, it's not somewhere I've ever booked. Oh goodness the 2nd Finlay is great, the little doodah is fabulous but so is the mouse lol. Sorry you're feeling rough and hope you feel a lot better soon. I hope you manage to get to York, one of our favourite places to visit although George isn't well enough to travel far nowadays. I'm glad you got the Luna Lupin book and 4 Advent Calendars - you'll be burning the midnight oil 🤣x

Kerry said as long as you bought the pattern for Finlay you could use any yarn you want, see if you have any colours in your Scheepjes yarn that would match your lavender bush. Your knitted mouse is so adorable, I think you've made me buy another book and yarn 😂😂 That book you got in The Works in Edinburgh was a bargain! The little Doodah is so cute ( yes, I also have that pattern) Your patchwork bag is going to be fabulous, I love the material you are using for it. Oh and I also bought the Toft Advent 😂😂 xx
I watch some videos where the maker does several crafts, they often say " I'm discussing knitting, for about 5 minutes , then I'll talk about my sewing next". Etc.. so you can forward to the parts that interest you.! Feel better soon!

Sorry you've been unwell after your trip away. I've also been ill since just 3 nights away at Center Parcs 2 weeks ago. Had 2 bouts of bad heartburn while there. Came home early on the Monday, as too ill to do anything. By Tuesday I was in agony so called 111. They sent an ambulance so I ended up in Lancaster hospital for 7 hours. Then I had to find my own way back to Kendal, still in pain and wearing most unsuitable clothing and footwear! The tests showed I have Gastritis. I still feel pretty bad now and am trying to be careful what I eat and drink. I am making my 1st Finlay and I've ordered the Toft advent...my 1st one, so I'm very excited.

You should look into an Alaskan cruise, apparently you can fly to Toronto and tour. across Canada then get on the ship ,cruise Alaska and fly home from Vancouver

Sorry you’re not well after your holiday. We once stayed in a place in France that was like Castle Dracula, it was awful, so bad we got a refund on the cost.

Do you know what skill level the knitted mouse book would be considered? It looks like they would be fun to knit.
I enjoy both of your channels. I hope you keep doing your journaling channel since you got me started on that. I do think though that making the journals is a craft so it would fall easily under the Crafty Clegg’s Creations title as well if you decided to drop the journaling channel, though I hope you don’t.

Only when I have a sore throat it's normally stress related and I just wondered.im sorry u had a horrible experience with your 1st air b/b,the first time we went to stayvin a cottage forward weeks hols with my daughter her hubby and 2yr old grandaughter we had to scrub the cottage because it was so dirty.! Our daughter was also pregnant with her 2nd daughter so she ended up having our double bed .the granddaughter slept with her and we ended up in bunk beds yes u can laugh, ha ha ! We complained but didn't get anywhere but haven't used that company since.Glad u enjoyed Edinburgh I LUV it.
