Did you get orientation as a new grad? How are you supported during your first few days/week on the floor? Did you have to do supernumerary shifts? What kind of learning and education do they provide new grads? I will be starting my new grad program next week and I'm feeling so nervous. I also live in the greater sydney region and lockdown has been tough. I hope you're coping well and everyone around you is safe :)
