Setting the Twist in bulky and art yarns. By Suzy Brown

I've never seen anyone do a cold bath after the hot. I am intrigued. What is the purpose? It doesn't felt? The yarn is really cool. I would love to see what you make with it.

It doesn't felt, but it does allow the outer layer of fibres to gain some structure as the scales close up in the cold water and kind of grab onto each other. It is more 'fulling' than felting
