That is the difference vs normal people. Champions dedicate their entire life health social life friendships relationships whatever you can think of to their goal. This mentality brought us where we are at today.
The most impressive thing about Ronnie is his beautiful personality and the fact he is so humble. Had the pleasure of meeting him in 2011 and he is a true gentleman.

Even though im not a body building fan, i know a guy at my gym that competes just on a low level and the intensity of training and dedication he has is amazing.
These guys train harder than any athlete on the planet, you gotta respect that.
Yup, but I cannot help but think that gym alone cannot get you to THAT kind of level. Surely there are boosts intake in the process.

The difference between the top guys is the genetics, and in Ronnie's case, the hardest work ever done, to go with his world class genetics.
There might be people with the same muscle building genetics as him, but not one of them could match his work ethic

when I was at the bodybuilding show in Cologne "in Germany" a few years ago now I saw this very smiling and friendly Mister with these fans.. And even now despite his state of health he still keeps that smile...

Plus after surgery he can walk sometimes without a walker. Sounds like you’re mad or hurt because you can’t be a man enough to risk anything in life. His family even said they wouldn’t change anything about him.

Ronnie was and still is my idol. Im 31 now and I started training serious after I was in an AOL chat room with my friends from high school and someone sent a Ronnie Coleman video. After that I watched his videos before every workout, zhasni vids etc. Ronnie instilled his mentality in my mind and my friends and we built such strong foundations. To this day im always one of the strongest guys on any job site regardless of position, and the hard work mentality derived from training and being dedicated/focused is permanent

I'm sitting around on my day off , from wrk and working out , (I did just go for a sun walk) and just clicked on this not thinking it would be much of anything haha boy was I wrong, I'm now currently mad at myself, for taking time off , that's how good it is, and I honestly don't even really consider myself to be a legit bodybuilder haha , I'm not even really a fan anymore haha, ..more of a powerbuilding workout enthusiast than anything haha, but yeah this one got me angry with myself for planning on taking the day off .
