  • Kulaga is a traditional Belarusian delicacy. Saturated, tasty jelly on rye flour. It is simple to prepare, the taste is amazing. For cooking, you can take any forest and garden berries - lingonberries, strawberries, viburnum, blueberries, cherries. In winter, use frozen berries. For large-pitted fruits (cherries, plums), the seeds must first be removed.
    Ingredients :
    Berries (any seedless, I have cherries and currants) - 2 cups
    Water - 2 glasses
    Rye flour - 3 tbsp. l.
    Honey - 3 tbsp. l.
