Our winds are super strong 😅you guys are very brave! It can be cold and windy at night! There is even more beautiful nature in East Kazakhstan, in Bukhtarma region. There are lots of places to visit there, and there is a national park also called Markakol. And near Astana there is a national park with pink flamingoes (although it may not be the season now)
Haha yeah, we found that out the hard way, although it was a lot of fun! We actually plan to visit East Kazakhstan soon! 😍 We will maybe have to come back to Astana to visit the flamingos in the correct season! 🦩
The guys completely confused everything, you should always go to Burabai (Borovoye) and the north of Kazakhstan in May, June, July and August, then it's still warm and there are a lot of tourists. In September, October and November in Kazakhstan, you need to go to the west of Kazakhstan to the city of Aktau for natural Martian species of Bozzhir and much more, or to the south of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Turkestan, Shymkent because it is still warm there in these months. You can also travel to the east of Kazakhstan in the summer, too, beautiful views of nature, as in Switzerland.

I may have been in Burabay at the same time. It was very windy, and on the chilly side. I foolishly decided to take a ride on a Ferris wheel, and while my gondola was at the top, they lost power, and I got stuck up there until the backup generators kicked in. I made it back on the ground safely, but for the longest minute, I thought I was going to die, as the gondola swung wildely from the strong gusts of wind.
