When you’re talking about low energy I’m wondering if you should ask your doctor about your iron levels (specifically because you haven’t been eating meat). Just a suggestion!
Love the authenticity I enjoyed this 💕 I’m also vegetarian I eat mostly plant based but I do have dairy on occasion a good multivitamin and eating enough definitely helps
I really enjoy your videos. Ive been vegan for almost 3 yrs and i understand the low energy. I no longer deal with that because all my meals have protein. Following vegan pages saved my life lol. My favorite pages on you tube are sweet greens vegan, andrew bernard the nard dog cooks, make it dairy free and say what its vegan. I hope this helps in your no meat journey 😍
So true about the protein! Once I started eating enough protein I had more energy. I did vegetarian so I was still eating dairy. I’m going to check out those channels
I was watching Gin & Juice podcast and they were talking about, I think, the same dating show you were talking about on Netflix. And they were saying the same things about how they do black women and they only have black people just to say they have black people.
ok but training the algorithm is still hard work. I'm currently learning french as a hobby. Why are all most/all the youtubers recommended to me polygots and white? It's nice to learn from people who make language learning their entire personality or business but some of the advice isn't quite relevant or relatable. Unfortunately adding "black" "Afrique" etc. doesn't get me any more diversity. I have to look up things like being black in France or black and racism en français. The kinds of things that bring up more content from people who look like me but WELLLLL above my level or skill. I never cared much to train the algorithm because i'm not on social media as often but it is starting to get to me and I don't feel like seeing white people as the default and being asked to relate and see myself in every facet and content that comes my way is healthy in my black life.
12:20 girl you speaking facts, I had those exact thoughts when I was watching perfect match
I tried the pre poo after seeing your tik tok. I fell in love with it! My hair is very thick and it worked so well!
Yess love that product! 🙌🏾
I'm glad you decided to keep the vlog!
