Watercolor - When to use white!?

Welcome to Rainey Dewey's Art Spot. This video is another painting where I try to salvage what seems to be a really bad start. Again, I use scrubbing, lifting, blotting and controlled washes but there comes a time to employ an opaque white so that not all is lost. So let's paint and figure out how to fix it together.
