Your experiences with notebooks are helpful! Many notebook lovers can't even tell that they face the same problem of writing things down on notebooks but failing to check them off because they dont actually use the ideas (or finishing the tasks) or simply because they forget to follow through. These people (myself included) just feel stressed or frustrated without addressing the problem. Your tip of cross referencing a new notebook with the old ones every once in a while is just GREAT!! ... Btw, i just SUBSCRIBED to your channel. Keep up the good work. P. S.I like your presentation and editing
Thank you for the kind words!! The idea of referring back to older notebooks has definitely helped my creative process and made the process of coming up with ideas so much easier! Thank you for subscribing!🫡 I appreciate the support and I hope you enjoy what my channel has in store!
One thing that I love to do is color code my journal entries based on categories of things I frequently write about. A few categories that come up frequently are mental health, UA-cam channel, relationships, etc. I find it extremely helpful when looking back at old journals. It makes it easier to find things and see what is on my mind the most during different phases of my life.
Dude, it's wild how helpful it is! It puts just enough pressure under you to get the ideas coming! Good or bad! Thanks brother! You'll have to let me know how it goes for ya🫡
When I was in grad school, trying to find an original idea for my thesis that was worth pursuing and which contributed something to the field, did not come easy to me. To be honest, my depth of thought at the time was rather superficial, and so a worthy, creative idea that would lend itself to be further developed and investigated was quite a challenge. What took me some time to realize (I’m slow learner apparently), is that the deeper I went into any subject and the more seriously I studied it, the more ideas and connections came up. Duh! The point being is that as you become more knowledgeable and invested in your subject (what is your subject?), and the more you study it, the more creative you could become. I admit that It can work differently for everyone. Bonne chance.
When I have an idea, a light bulb appears over my head 😀💡

That's definitely a great idea!!! Might have to implement a highlighter in my notebook setup so I can do that!
