There is another product out there for those that don't use an air brush ,which is Revell chrom spray paint. In all my years of modeling I've never came across anything more better than this product for real chrome plated look. Not saying that this product is better but you have to see the results. Thanks for sharing and like you say "let's get to building".😂
The VW bus is awesome ED!! That Dspiae chrome looks sweet, your rims look awesome man! I may have to get some of that for doing the rims too! I use the Tamiya black rubber too, love it looks awesome. And of course love the GHAD-39 air brush!!!!!
I like Hasegawa/Hasagawa :) I like all Japanese kit manufacturers. 97.3% of the time , I much prefer them to AMT/Round 2. Can’t wait to see it turns out Ed 👍
I'm curious to see what you'll create with that van. Those wheels look really good. Can't wait to see you use it on a project. I agree I wouldn't use it often. Not at $13.50 for that little bottle, lol. I believe the chrome paint is lacquer base. Great video as always, brother! That rubber paint from Tamyia looks very realistic. I'm impressed.
The crone looks interesting. How does it hold up to handling? Does it rub off? The rubber black is really good, especially for a worn lol. If you want the look of new rubber, try the nato black. Or you can combine them, use nato on the sides and river on just the tread for that just cleaned sidewall look.
New sub here. That chrome will take a very very long time to dry,and watch out when you put the rubbers on it. Go from the behind side, because it is not that dureable. In my opinion the spraycan chrome from revell is better and more dureable. 1 can, same size as the normal small tamiya cans cost overhere in Spain about~$30,- BUT BUT you got more, and when you decant it and thin it with Mr Hobby leveling thinner 50/50 you will stretch out your dollar a lot. BTW that Chevy truck was a awesome result, very nice done. And i have copied your way of building up your cheap Garage for a diorama. Let them comming and Gr from Spain from a dutchman
That was an awesome review. Thanks for sharing.
The chrome looks Good. Love anything Tamiya. Glad you found a VW. I'll be watching
That paint looks great, sir! Can't wait to see what those BBS rims wind up underneath!

I totally agree. It took forever to dry and still not completely. You'll dent it by simply touching it.
