That is what I call a classic and complete French chateau; All style elements and dispositions are there. Situated not far from the atlantic coast and from well known pictoreque places like Saint-Malo and Cancales which are daytrips to spoil your guests with. It sits on a decent piece of land, 2,5 Ha not too big, not too small. Maintenance cost will be relative low. The state of the building is good. Ideal for people who want to play modern Landlord. I have such a chateau in my town. The price is very reasonable. For 2.5 mio you won't buy much with prestige in any European city. Like it very much but I am gonna pass today.
