We are looking at purchasing a dumpster rental company right now and everything you have said is spot on about the current owner. 28 dumpsters, all rented weekly, $10 cheaper than the big company.... they are currently renting 40 units per month and are beating their chests, lol. Great stuff man, thank you.

hello mr rolling ops. quick question on pricing if you wouldn't mind. Up here northern michigan i have 2 landfills near me, both are waste management. one charges $35/yard the other charges $50/yard. I am in the process of working out tonnage rates with the local sales rep for them, however we will see how it goes. This turns out to be ~500-1000 just to dump one 15 or 20 yard dumpster (depending). this means the small day rentals are out of the picture, shoot even full 2 week rentals like the big guys are almost out of the picture.

@@timothytherrien3624 it looks like your area does kinda suck. I couldn’t find price for the republic landfill online but there is the MOA landfill about and hour north that only charges $15/yard. Not sure if that goes off of the capacity of the trailer or what you actually are hauling. That still kinda seems expensive if your not filled completely full. Still only about $225-$300 dump fees for that one. Plus about 2 hours of driving unless you start marketing yourself more north than south. It kinda seems like you need to find a partner and open up a full fledged transfer station in your area. Waste management and republic usually offer volume discounts to bigger companies, you’d be a bigger company and if your not trying to rip people off most people will come dump at your site I’d imagine if waste management really is charging $35/yard.

Hey how do I get ahold of you bro. I'm super interested in starting a rolling dumpster business I have a depth of understanding on business credit marketing raising private capital. I know how to network and find client's. I have a network of over 1000 real estate investors lol but only a few in my local market I would like to take this from 0 to 100 in about 8-16months which will take time

I am wondering if I could get a copy of your rental agreement. I am wanting to get into the business. I don,t have a clue. What all needs to be in the agreement or how it all needs to be worded. If you are willing to share I will send my email to you. Thanks a ton in advance. I. Really enjoy you videos.
