1:19 This is how Austrians reacted when they saw how easy their semi-final is.
Believe it or not, this is not the first Eurovision song to mention Edgar Allan Poe. France 1990 also mentions him.
This is gonna be a party on stage
It's not a song about Edgar :) It's about how the music industry and ghostwriters fuck good working artists over and pay them bare minimal. 0.003 is reference to how much a artist makes per stream in profit :) X
I dont really know how so many people are understanding this song backwards. But its actually the ghostwriters who are paid 0.003 while all the glory goes to the singers and all the money to the producers. The song is trying to make us see how hard is to make a living as a songwriter (which they themselves are) and how hard you have to work so your music is taken seriously if you arent famous. Thats why theyre saying the writter its actually not them, but edgar allan poe, so their song can have more respect, saying its written by a famous person.
They have explained this themselves, so I really dont know how so many people think they are saying goshtwriters get all the money... They dont, for sure. They get close to nothing, despite being the ones who actually created the song. Thats the point.
@@esthermonme4856 I Mixed up one bit and you got so offended? Jeez. 😂 Alright Karen
@@itsjxomusic Not offended lol I was just explaining the meaning of the song, as many people seem to misunderstand it. However, I can see that you are actually a little offended by my correction. Its ok, everybody can make mistakes, no need to get defensive like that
@@esthermonme4856 Haahahaha you wish, Karen :*
@@itsjxomusic Yep, exactly what I thought you' would answer xD Look, theres no need to keep trying to argue, jodie, I see nothing is gonna come out of this, so Im just gonna block the replays from this coment so I dont receive them ok?
Sorry if my first comment offended you somehow, but I really, really, just wanted to explain the meaning. Thats the truth. Nothing against you, and Im not interested in arguing with anyone. Hope you enjoy eurovision :)
Just please dont get into "defensive mode" so quickly next time. Not everyone has something against you.
Fun and catchy😂👍I like it😍
it's a critic song towards music industry, streaming services, fast food music, ghost writing and low to no profit for singers.
no profit for the ghostwriter, not the singer.
winners here
Was hoping to see your reaction to their live performance but can't see where you did a reaction for it
My QUEENS 🇦🇹👑🇦🇹👑
Nice song very catchy top 10 of Eurovision 2023 in my opinion 😄. Now, when all the national finals are completed, can you react top 3 artist from all of the national finals video from Misja Eurowizja ua-cam.com/video/0CIElVBAUZg/v-deo.html
React to The UK next! :)
Thats not a song about Edgar Allen Poe
in a way - it is as well. i mean, at least, they picked him to sing about training ideas of others
