Had a safety termination myself and chose to go with Western to get back on the right track. I’ve been down ever since it happened but I’ll be starting with them in a few weeks and your videos have been helpful and encouraging. Thank you and stay safe my guy.
@@iTrAnSfOrMx2 Yeh. I decided to go with Transam instead of Western because they only do in class training for 3 days then send you out after passing the skills test on the third day of class. No need to drive under the supervision of another driver for weeks at a time. I hated my time there. They overworked you, payed poorly and dispatch didn’t respect the drivers. I quit after almost 4 months there but I already had a local job secured before doing so. The job pays me stupendously well and the best thing about it is that I get to come home everyday with weekends off. Thankful to Transam tho. They gave me a second chance when I thought my career as a trucker was over.
@@YarroBello damn it seems like most of these big name companies are gonna fuck you on the front end , i wanted to go to one to do the paid cdl training put it my required time and move on , im glad you got a local job man cause thats where its at 💯
@@iTrAnSfOrMx2 appreciate it. If I were you I’d save up for it if you have the patience. It’s a good feeling not to be indebted to these companies. Good luck bro and you be safe as well.
Thank you for all the good information..you are a real fighter 💪
Good too hear your back in the truck. Western Express is pretty much on the same lines as any other mega carrier.
