Yo me recuerdo mis padres en el campo así mismo la fríen y después la echaban en latas todo chicharrones y masas fritas con esa misma manteca ,y cuando tu quería la sacaban,y comían y duraron mis padres ,mi mamá 89 y mi papá 93,comían mucha viandas sancochadas con grasa de puerco y masas chicharrones y muchos te ,en el campo ,

This video is a nice video. Good you put one piece at a time of pork belly strips ,than a splish splash. The crispy skin is good . If you cook it extra very hard to bite the skin. I made this twice small quantity. The first time l tried it was a bit hard . Next time it was good . We are learners not perfectionist.
