It's called head wreastling. It changes the way you grapple to the same degree as wrist control does.

I started grappling in Pennsylvania. Everybody has a wreastling background there. It was great, only place I know where you always start standing. I get uncofortable when people sit down to start a match. Because I started with all striking background...
@@steveheilman2925 luckily my gym teaches take downs but even when I’m grappling I make an distinct effort to use my forehead instead of the side of my head
@@Trillvil1 Of course intention is to always use your forehead, it is thicker and a better lever. If only your opponent wasn't also intending on using there forehead aswell...
