13:55 for those who play on House Party worlds (W330) you can teleport home, use someone's fairy ring for a much faster trip back to the prison rack. This also saves you a ton on stam pots as you can sip ornate pools as you're headed to the ring.
The game sense you have to tell us to get 2 extra gout weed for the other quests is what makes me love this channel. Ran into 2 other guys at the maze who were both doing DS2 saying that it was their 3rd time doing this lmaooo.
I made some rings of dueling so I could teleport to Clan Wars to restore energy (Minigame tele also works!). Helps a lot! I also had a few energy potions. Also helpful...

Plz take the 1.5 speed or 1.25 speed off your character. If we are trying to follow the quest, its hard when you're a mile up the road after we look away. Yea the video is shorter but it takes us twice as long to re-focus and catch up after you lost us in the dust with your 1.25 or 1.5 video speed. and you will get more seconds watched if you just do it at normal speed. PLZZZ WE LOVE YOU! I m sure the dis like are bc the video isn't sync with real gameplay!

I ended up using 4 summer pies I made some quick teleports to bank got some food and pies and it worked out. Didn't have the prayer level but I had just enough food I got the 3 herbs with 5 hp left :D
Just to explain how absolutely awful I am at questing... I used Runescape item delivery service cc/ DeliverItems not once, but TWICE during this quest. I had given Eadgar all the items for the potion but I forgot to bring logs. I had already used my Home tele and minigame tele and had nothing to work with. I asked in the CC if I could get logs delivered to me. They showed up and got me the logs in probably about a minute and a half. This was amazing. I had nothing but the quest items and 120gp in my invy and that was all I could give him. He was extremely thankful and wished me luck on the quest. I was super excited to give Eadgar the regular logs. I was ready! I clicked on the guide and.. I NEED TO LIGHT A FIRE! I NEED MORE LOGS! So I use the DeliverItems CC Again and another guy took the offer even though I said I have no way to compensate. Showed up in around 2 minutes and I was FINALLY able to continue on with the quest. The only other time I had to use this CC was during ungerground pass because I had no teleports and forgot a spade. I just wanna magically turn logs into planks and I have to go through all this?
Wow great guide. Did it probably as fast as you can after watching this and reading some comments. 3 big tips for a perfect run: 1. Get the parrot before starting the quest! 2. Talk to Burnt Meat before going to Eadgar the first time! 3. For getting gout weed, click as soon as you see the troll take the step to the next tile! Worked three times perfectly (Never did this quest before)

READ THIS IF YOU NEED TO BOOST HERBLOE!!!! You need 2 boosts during the quest. One to be able to start the quest and one to make the potion at the end of it.
idk if anyone will see this but you can get the parrot before the quest to save a trip. my dumbass never went to sanfew to start it and didn't realize until after the parrot going to edgar.
you can loose the remainding two goutweed on the end of the quest if you talk to sanfew.. almost died getting those goutweed and now i got to get 2 more again...

So if you want to save an inventory space and not take logs, you can use the fires by the trolls just west of Edgar to dry the thistle!

for the storeroom part try to get to the far wall. i was able to chain all 3 in a row after about 3 failed attempts
If you get tempted by one of his stews after tanking some hits in the cave, DONT! he will take your logs and you get to make an extra trip :(
At the beginning you can save some time by going directly to burnt meat first then edgar
Eadgar wasn’t there, and then I left and tried to go back and the entrance at 3:28 minutes in the video is gone.. idk what to do
